The scent is lovely, so I use it as both a hand soap and a bathroom air freshener! It has a subtle, sophisticated fragrance that's not overly sweet. While there are noticeable particles, they're not evenly distributed, so don't expect it to work as an effective scrub. When I used it on my body, it left scratch-like marks as if I'd been clawed. It's perfect as a solid air freshener for smaller spaces. While I like Sultana too, it can be a bit sweet, strong, and artificial. This one, however, has a balanced scent that's neither too intense nor too faint, with an understated elegance to it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 10, 2017
True to its name 'fig and leaves', this soap has ground figs and actual leaves embedded on the side. At first sniff, the scent seemed a bit strong, but the more I used it, the more I appreciated its subtle fragrance. The lingering scent after washing hands is absolutely delightful. It's worth noting that the ylang-ylang aroma is more prominent than the fig scent. While this soap is nice, I don't find it compelling enough to repurchase. On a side note, I accidentally cut off 300 grams at once, so I'm still using it up! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2017
It feels like a gentle, high-quality soap. The scent wasn't bad either. I chose this one thinking it might be similar to Devil's Nightcap, but it turned out to be completely different. I don't think it's worth spending this much money on this product. The maple leaf-shaped bits change color with use, which doesn't look appealing, and they tend to fall off easily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 9, 2015
The fragrance is lovely, and it rinses off so well, leaving my skin feeling squeaky clean! The beads keep getting stuck in my shower puff... The soft texture makes me think I'll use it up quickly. - ci*****Dry SkinAug 19, 2015
The fragrance is really lovely. I personally smelled all the soaps before buying this one. Plus, it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry after use. It's quite soft, so it's much better to cut it into smaller pieces after purchase. Rather than using it for your whole body, I recommend buying it to use as a hand soap. - da*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinNov 17, 2014
The scent is quite subtle and pleasant, and it lasts for a long time. I bought this instead of Sultana. It feels gentle on the skin. I purchased it because I heard it was good for hydration, but that aspect is just okay. Still, it's definitely better than Karma. The more you use it, the more you notice that the exfoliating particles can be painful when rubbing. While the soap itself has mild ingredients, the particles are quite large. It's like using massage stones. It's a bit more drying than I expected.
