The coverage is quite good. If you apply it smoothly and pat it gently, you can achieve long-lasting and flawless makeup. However, it's crucial to put effort into the application process. The key lies in how and how much you apply. It can be challenging to control the amount of product used. There's a risk of ending up with thick and heavy-looking makeup. As a result, the final look can vary significantly depending on who applies it and their technique. - no****Dry SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJun 21, 2023
I have dry skin with an ivory winter cool tone in the 15-17 shade range. The coverage and color were a perfect match for me, which I really liked. It feels like they nailed the color selection! 1. Not recommended for dry skin: It flakes and cracks. It looks heavy on the skin. 2. Not recommended for those without blemishes: It's not transparent and feels like a thick barrier is applied. I didn't like it. It feels like it's applied a layer behind rather than adhering closely. I think using a liquid foundation would be better...! It might be better to use it sparingly as a concealer alternative. I don't plan to repurchase it. My mom is in her 60s with dry skin and no blemishes. She likes it, so I think it would be good for cool-toned individuals over 40 who need coverage. - vx******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2020
The stick format is convenient. Rather than a lightweight formula that adheres gently to the skin, it feels a bit heavier but adheres well. Perhaps because of this, it offers good coverage. The color is suitable, and ease of use is a plus. With its predominantly matte finish, it's not recommended if you're looking for hydration. - mk****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2019
I'm such a foundation junkie that I've tried almost every famous one out there. My combination dehydrated skin always left me wanting more in terms of longevity and adherence. I discovered this product when I saw someone getting their makeup done at a department store counter - their complexion looked absolutely flawless (though I'm sure they had great skin to begin with, haha). As if hypnotized, I got a sample and ended up buying it. Unless I find something even better, I'll be sticking with this for the foreseeable future! I'm in love with how it enhances my complexion, adheres to my skin, and provides coverage. While it's not ultra high-coverage, I prefer this as heavy coverage can sometimes look thick (just my opinion). I adore how it creates a beautiful skin finish with adequate coverage. It gives a nice brightness, adheres well, and offers decent coverage. Plus, despite my super sensitive skin prone to blemishes, this hasn't caused any issues. While the ingredients might not be top-tier, it doesn't trigger breakouts and makes my skin look gorgeous, so I'll keep using it. The longevity isn't the best, I must say. I apply it before work and usually touch up around 1-2 PM. This might vary depending on the season and skin type though. In summer, I paired it with the same brand's UHD powder, which improved the staying power (lasted about 9 hours). I've experimented with various tools like brushes and sponges, but I find a damp sponge gives the most beautiful finish, so that's what I'm sticking with. In my experience, if you want decent coverage and adherence, go for a sponge. For a more natural, beautiful skin finish, I'd recommend using a brush. - fn******Normal SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2019
I tried this stick foundation because I was curious about it, but I think it might be a bit challenging for those with very dry skin. Since it's not a liquid, there are days when it can look quite patchy depending on your skin condition. The price point compared to the amount of product was the most disappointing aspect. I understand it's a department store brand, but still... For best results, apply it evenly all over your face and then gently pat it in with a damp sponge. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedApr 14, 2019
I'm using this for the third time now, and even though it's a stick foundation, it's moisturizing and absorbs well. I've accidentally dug into the foundation with my nails while opening the soft cap, and I've lost it quite a few times too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 1, 2019
The adherence is fantastic! It's great for brightening up your face and perfect for touch-ups. Plus, it's so convenient to carry around. On days when I can't control the pressure well, it ends up smearing all over my face. It's a bit inconvenient that you need to bring a separate puff to apply it. For touch-ups, just dab it on with a puff - it works wonders! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 17, 2019
The coverage is so good it's almost like using a concealer. It's my first time trying a stick foundation, and surprisingly it's not too matte or cakey. It applies quite thick and feels a bit pricey. I probably won't repurchase. If you use a damp beauty sponge to blend it out, it actually works better than you might expect! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 24, 2018
I initially thought stick foundations would apply thickly and feel dry, but this product proved me wrong. Using a brush, it blends quickly and feels moisturizing without being heavy after application. I love that! The staying power is quite good, and if you're looking for moderate coverage with a natural finish, this could be perfect for you. Being a solid formula, it can occasionally look a bit cakey on days when my skin isn't at its best. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 14, 2018
This could be the holy grail for foundation nomads! I have normal to dry skin that tends to get oily (but dries out over time, sadly). Still, the coverage is top-notch, and it gives a slight pink undertone that brightens up my sallow complexion beautifully. I'm quite satisfied! The inner lid is... well... a bit cute? And the amount feels slightly stingy?
