Black Tulip. It contains hyaluronic acid, xylitol, and herbs like Houttuynia cordata. While I can't quite pinpoint the exact fragrance, I personally really liked that there was no artificial fragrance smell at all. There's no irritation, the scent is nice, the pads are great, and on top of that, it's vegan, so I really want to continue using it.
ConsRecommendedIf it had exfoliating ingredients like AHA or BHA, it might have worked even better. But chemical exfoliation is a matter of personal preference for toner pads, so that's not really an issue. The pads are soft and gently textured without any irritation, so the physical exfoliation is satisfactory enough.
