I've been using this consistently for several years now. It's so moisturizing that it doesn't accentuate dead skin cells, and the color looks natural, which I love. I really hope they don't discontinue it. There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to pick something, I'd say the staying power is a bit short. - ai**Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedFeb 19, 2021
- The case is simple and pretty - Applies smoothly and feels quite hydrating - While moisturizing, the color payoff is neither too intense nor too sheer - The shade is an orange-red with a slight shimmer and a deep undertone - Due to its hydrating nature, it doesn't have long-lasting wear and requires touch-ups - Although initially moisturizing, it tends to dry out over time - It has the signature Chanel lipstick scent, which isn't particularly pleasant - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 19, 2021
A serene coral shade that seems common but is actually quite unique. It's a color worth having in your collection, suitable for all four seasons! But don't mistake it for a pure orange - there's a hint of pink mixed in. It's more of an orange-pink coral. Take note of that. Oh, and it has just the right amount of hydration. The case feels a bit... outdated. Not really a fan of it. There aren't many downsides, so why do I need to write 20 characters? Oh, I should mention that this color doesn't suit everyone. I'd recommend it for those with a deep undertone, deep undertone, deep undertone. - mi*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedJan 27, 2021
The coral-red shade is a versatile must-have that complements both bare-faced looks and effortlessly chic makeup styles. It's particularly recommendable as an entry-level coral for warm-toned individuals who typically struggle with coral shades. As someone who absolutely detests shimmer in lip products, I find it really distracting every time I drink or eat something. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2020
It's perfect for applying when you're heading out casually, like going to school It seems to come off easily, but other than that, not much else to say... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 29, 2020
It's moisturizing and looks natural. You really get what you pay for with this high-end product. Instead of buying ten drugstore items, it's better to invest in one quality lipstick that you'll use daily. The fragrance is so delightful, I can't help but take a deep whiff. Well... I'm not sure what to say except that it's a bit pricey. There's this subconscious thought that I should use it sparingly because of the cost. Other than that, it seems great for daily use. I think it's better to use this product on its own rather than mixing it with other cosmetics. - je*************Dry SkinAug 21, 2020
The natural coral shade is perfect for a bare-faced look, making it easy to wear without feeling self-conscious. It's great for adding a touch of moisture when your lips are feeling dry. The slightly moisturizing formula doesn't create the most flattering lip look, so I don't find myself reaching for it very often. The texture is a bit ambiguous, making it tricky to layer or reapply. - 01**********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedJan 5, 2020
1. Moisturizing formula 2. Clear color that intensifies with layering, allowing for customizable intensity based on the occasion 3. A unique shade that brightens your complexion, even if it's not a perfect match for your personal color 4. The hydrating effect conceals dead skin cells for those prone to flakiness 5. Compact size makes it easy to carry Pro tip: Even though I have warm undertones and this shade isn't a perfect match, it somehow naturally brightens my face when applied. I think it might be due to the shimmer, but it seems to be a versatile shade that doesn't lean too warm or cool. It would probably look beautiful on neutral skin tones. 1. As someone who prefers orange-red, I chose this as the closest to orange from Chanel, but it still has a pink undertone... It's about 1 part orange, 1 part red, and 0.3 parts pink. 2. The soft texture means it wears down quickly. 3. It transfers easily, which also means it fades fast. -> Recommend using a base underneath rather than wearing it alone. 4. The taste is unpleasant. It's like concentrated Vaseline, yuck. 5. It's too small. Since it fades quickly and needs reapplication, you could probably use it up to the bottom in a month... I wish they'd release a larger size, regardless of the price. Tip for those whose complexion dulls with pink tones: Mix shades 416 and 182. Apply 182 on the inner part of the lips first, then 416 on the outer part for a natural, glowing look. +) Touch up frequently, as it tends to fade after eating, leaving behind a pinkish rose tint. 1: Case 2: Size comparison with fingers 3: Fully extended - This is a photo from before use, as it's currently being used. It's genuinely extended all the way, not just halfway. 4: Pushed up until the plastic base is visible (photo taken after 2 uses) 5: Applied on lips without exfoliation (mixed 416 and 182). It has quite a sparkle. - sa*******Combination SkinRecommendedOct 7, 2019
My lips were so dry and flaky, reminiscent of exfoliative cheilitis, that I couldn't even dream of wearing MAC lipsticks. But after trying everything, I finally settled on this product. I've never finished a lipstick before, but this one is almost empty! If you're blessed with an abundance of dead skin cells on your lips, you absolutely must try this. The staying power is quite good, but the application isn't as smooth as you'd expect from this formula. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2019
The color payoff, staying power, scent, and texture are all fantastic! As expected from a luxury lipstick, it adheres perfectly to the lips without any clumping, and glides on smoothly. I absolutely love it. What's more, when applied to dry lips, it maintains moisture without feeling heavy. If you have dry lips or prefer a smooth-applying lipstick, it's definitely worth trying. By the way, I use shade 428. I wouldn't recommend this for those who prefer matte finishes or dislike moisturizing formulas. The only downside might be the price point, but it's truly worth every penny. Sometimes I apply it directly, and other times I use a brush. For a natural look, I suggest using a brush. If you want to achieve the full, vibrant color, applying it straight from the bullet works best.
