Pros
Using this product for cleansing did not result in additional acne or worsening of my skin condition. I suppose the ingredients are gentle? Because even when I was using this, the staff at the dermatology clinic were very concerned about the severe state of my skin.
Cons
To be honest, I only used this for about 2-3 days and then stopped. The texture felt more like I was just putting foam on my face and rinsing it off with water, rather than actually cleansing my skin. And even after washing, there was still an oily residue left on my face. I may have been mistaking the moisturizing effect, but the zero-foam gel cleanser I'm using now has a bit of moisturizing effect (doesn't feel tight immediately after) and leaves no oily residue.

Pros
The good thing was that the product ingredients were very mild and there were no irritating ingredients. And as it was a vegan product, I could use it with confidence. My husband, who has dry skin, said it didn't feel drying at all, but rather not dry. I think it would be good for those with dry and sensitive skin.
Cons
I understand that the product is really mild, but for my T-zone oily skin, the cleansing power was too weak. In the morning when there was a lot of oil on my face, even after washing two or three times, I didn't feel refreshed, and in the summer when I wore makeup, it would get greasy and break down from early in the day. In my 20 years of living, this is the worst face wash I've ever used!!! First of all, it doesn't clean well... Even after washing, there's a lingering unclean feeling. And if you only use this, your pores and oil production will go haywire, your skin will feel itchy and turn red. This mild acidic face wash is poison for oily skin. Don't blindly believe the media hype about mild acidic being good. The natural oils in your skin are already mildly acidic (more so than dry skin). Just use a strong cleansing face wash to remove the excess oil, and your regular slightly acidic skincare routine (even without the 'mild acidic' label) will be fine. Those who normally have oily skin and don't really feel dryness will find that using this mild acidic face wash means it won't clean properly, leading to clogged pores, whiteheads, and blackheads getting worse. I find my skin is in better condition when I use an alkaline face wash with stronger cleansing power. Using only the weak cleansing mild acidic face washes will just mess up your skin... And after cleansing, your skin will naturally revert to its slightly acidic state (due to the oil if you have oily skin). So there's no need to specifically use a mild acidic face wash.
