I had forgotten about this product after buying it, but finally used it after quite some time. It cleanses gently while keeping the skin hydrated. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. The slight slippery feeling on the skin after rinsing with water might be a matter of personal preference. - il*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2025
Great value for money with good ingredients, and it cleanses well without drying out the skin. I'll definitely repurchase this. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Even with my dry skin, I hardly felt any tightness after cleansing. Highly recommended! - aa******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 25, 2025
It has a firm texture, and you need to mix in plenty of water to get a richer lather! Usually, mildly acidic cleansing foams have slightly lower cleansing effectiveness, so many people use them as a second cleanse. But this product had surprisingly good cleansing power! It even managed to remove some waterproof products on its own~ Still, I'm using it as my second cleanse~ The finish isn't squeaky clean, but it's not slippery either! I'd say it's somewhere in between~~ While it can vary from person to person, I didn't experience extreme deep dryness after cleansing! Not all waterproof products can be removed with this alone. You should first remove makeup with an oil cleanser or cleansing pad. - kh*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 10, 2025
I particularly prefer low pH cleansers, so I'm pleased that this product is mildly acidic. It's a gentle type of cleanser that lathers well for its pH level, and I'm satisfied with its cleansing effectiveness. That's why I'm considering repurchasing it! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer that squeaky-clean feeling. For the best results when foam cleansing, you should massage it in for about a minute. I do this gently without applying too much pressure. - yo*********Dehydrated SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMay 2, 2025
It's mildly acidic and incredibly gentle, making it perfect for daily cleansing If you have combination dehydrated or oily skin, it might not fully remove all the sebum Unless you have dry skin, try alternating between a mildly acidic cleanser in the morning and an alkaline one at night - 3l********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 29, 2025
I'm satisfied with this product as I was looking for something gentle. It's great for a second cleanse! Those who prefer a deep cleansing sensation might not like this. It's also not ideal for people with very oily skin. I use it as a second cleanser or on days when I'm not wearing any makeup. - bo******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 17, 2025
With its gentle ingredients, even those with sensitive skin can use this product with peace of mind. The rich lather leaves your skin feeling moisturized after cleansing, without any deep dryness. If you're not used to the slippery texture, you might need to cleanse two or three times! It's perfect for morning cleansing! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle cleanser. - ks*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 3, 2025
I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin with large pores in the T-zone and cheeks. Having loved the Eight cleansing oil, I was excited to try their cleansing foam. I've been focusing on my skin barrier lately, so I've become a nomad searching for low pH cleansing foams. While its cleansing effectiveness isn't super strong, it still removes what needs to be removed. However, if you have oily skin, you might find it challenging to use. I couldn't escape the pitfall of low pH cleansers... While it feels fine during washing, I wake up to persistent tiny bumps. It seems like it doesn't remove sebum effectively. I mainly use this as a second cleanser after my initial cleanse. And a foam net is absolutely essential! - jh**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 3, 2025
As someone with super sensitive skin that tends to get red after cleansing, I find this product to be a game-changer. Its moisturizing formula and low pH seem to minimize irritation. It effectively removes most makeup, unless it's really heavy-duty. The best part? My skin feels hydrated and comfortable after washing, with no tight or dry feeling. The texture is on the thicker, heavier side. It's less noticeable in summer, but in colder weather, it feels quite dense. To combat this, I make sure to work up a good lather before applying it to my face. Given its thick consistency, I take extra care to massage it thoroughly between my hands and create a rich foam before using it on my skin. - di***Combination SkinSensitive SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 3, 2025
The moderate cleansing effectiveness and moisturizing finish made it pleasant to use As expected from a low pH foam cleanser, the lather wasn't exceptionally rich and the cleansing power wasn't outstanding Since I have super sensitive skin, I find that using it with a cleansing foam maker often makes it gentler on my skin
