The toner had a water-type, flowing formula.
As a water-type formula, it can be used in various ways such as cleansing toner, absorbent toner, and toner pack, but since it was released for pore management, using it as a cleansing toner seems to be the most effective.
After cleansing, I used it as a cleansing toner, and it removed residual impurities without leaving anything on the skin, and also got rid of the oily feeling.
There's no stickiness at all, and it's moisturizing, yet it leaves a refreshing finish while refining the skin texture.

My skin sometimes feels a bit dry and I occasionally experience a sensation of the product being absorbed unevenly.

I have been using this product consistently as it keeps my skin moisturized without any oiliness and there is no peeling.

The price range is a bit on the higher side, which is a bit disappointing.

The Skin1004 product toner items all have exfoliating ingredients, which work really well for my oily skin that's prone to developing dead skin cells. It also has pore-tightening ingredients, making it great to use in the summer.

There's really nothing disappointing about this product, but I do wish they would offer a larger size option.

My thoughts:
With zero viscosity, this watery toner is incredibly lightweight and refreshing the moment it makes contact with skin. It gets absorbed instantly however a single layer doesn't satiate my skin's greed for moisture. So I enjoy letting it marinate longer as a toner mask. The formulation contains low concentrations of exfoliating agents so it's quite gentle. I like the charge of moisture it delivers, not sure if I note much exfoliation going on though.

It's better to use as a cleansing water than a cleansing balm!

It feels a bit dry for those with dry skin.

The oil control is really effective for pore care!!
