It could be described as a nasal spray formulation with relatively low viscosity. It's not highly viscous, but it's not quite a watery formulation either - it's somewhere in between a watery and a viscous nasal spray. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I always noticed that it foams up a lot when I use it. Even after rinsing off the foam and applying it, it would still foam up. It's a rather peculiar product... But on the positive side, it does a good job of addressing dryness. So I was able to use up an entire bottle without any major complaints. I didn't experience any major skin issues either. It seems to be a good toner-like product as the first step in a skincare routine, as it helps address dryness well.
