I dispensed a consistent amount, worked it into a lather, then massaged it onto my skin before rinsing with lukewarm water. After use, my skin felt less dry and nicely hydrated. While I don't typically wear heavy makeup, it effectively removed light makeup like sunscreen and cushion foundation, which I found satisfying. It seems suitable as a daily cleanser, and being mildly acidic, it could work well for morning use too. Perhaps due to its skin-soothing ingredients, my skin felt comfortable right after use. However, on days with heavier makeup, it's essential to double cleanse - first with an oil-based cleanser, then follow up with this foam for thorough cleansing. I appreciated its mildly acidic nature and how it left my skin feeling moisturized without any slippery residue.
