But when I started getting those pesky little blemishes and my skin became even more sensitive, with tingling and breakouts, I decided to switch to this mildly alkaline cleanser. And wow, it solved everything! Those tiny bumps disappeared, the tingling sensation vanished, and no more breakouts. I'm thrilled with the results. It's so gentle, lathers up nicely, and rinses off completely. I can't express how much I love it. My skin feels so much calmer, and my skin barrier seems stronger. I don't think I'll ever go back to low pH cleansers. If you have sensitive skin or just want to protect your skin, give this mildly alkaline cleanser a try. I've lost count of how many tubes of this cleansing foam I've gone through since discovering it. It worked quite well for my sensitive, eczema-prone skin. Especially great for oily skin types that tend to get super greasy. First off, it's great that it removes facial makeup without double cleansing. While waterproof eye makeup still needs a separate oil cleanser, it's possible to cleanse your skin with just this foam cleanser after using a sunscreen with brightening properties, no double cleansing needed. The downside is there's a slight tightness after use, but it's not extremely drying. It's more like you wash your face, go about your business, and then think 'Oh, my skin's getting a bit dry, I should apply some moisturizer' rather than feeling immediately parched right after cleansing. Recommended for those who only use sunscreen and think that sunscreen can't be removed with just a cleanser. It's gentle on the skin, has a soft lather, and cleanses effectively. There's minimal tightness after washing (I have sensitive, delicate skin but experienced no blemishes) There's nothing to complain about. It definitely seems to have better cleansing effectiveness than low pH cleansers. There's a bit of tightness after washing, but in this day and age, a moisturizer before bed is a must anyway. Despite its strong cleansing power, it's gentle and I'm using it happily. There aren't any drawbacks. If I had to mention something, maybe the price is a bit on the higher side...? The lightweight texture makes this product great for sensitive skin, and I think its cleansing effectiveness is excellent! It's such a shame this product hasn't shined on Hwahae! It helps control dryness after cleansing to some extent, so I've made it my go-to product and I'm already on my third bottle. My friends who've tried this product also really loved it, saying it leaves their skin feeling super hydrated. The price hasn't settled down yet, and there aren't any offline stores where you can buy it. I always buy it on Naver, and it seems like I only purchase it when there's a buy-one-get-one-free deal.

Mildly acidic cleansers are gentle but can leave residue and don't effectively remove sebum and dead skin cells, which can lead to blemishes. Alkaline cleansers clean well but can be harsh. This product combines the best of both worlds! The DAC2 formula, with panthenol, Centella Asiatica extract, allantoin, and ceramides, along with Calendula extract, soothes and protects the skin barrier for an optimal complexion. It's a hydrating deep cleanse that's passed low-irritation tests. No wonder it's been the #1 cleansing foam on Glowpick for 60 consecutive weeks as of November 18, 2023! The only downside is that there's no downside!

It's perfect for those with dry skin! I loved that it doesn't leave that slippery feeling typical of low pH cleansers after washing! The price isn't exactly budget-friendly, and it doesn't seem to go on sale very often, unfortunately.
