I found the textured side of these pads to be a bit more intense compared to other brands. As a result, I always opted to use the softer side to avoid any potential irritation.

I used this product because it claimed to be gentle, but strangely, it irritated my skin.

I thought it might have been because my skin was in poor condition at the time, so I waited a while and tried it again. However, it still caused irritation.

My sister said it worked fine for her, so it's not an issue with the product itself, just that it didn't suit me.
