The pad is not irritating, nor is it too thick or too thin - I really like it. I've been using it instead of toner lately. The tweezers make it hygienic.

There's really not much I'm dissatisfied with. The only thing is that it's a twist-open lid, so sometimes it doesn't close properly. But if you twist it carefully, it seals just fine.
