It's suitable for oily skin types and provides a fresh feel without shine, perfect for summer use.
ConsThe somewhat thick texture may feel a bit heavy during application, and depending on your complexion, it might leave a white cast.

However, that's about the only positive aspect.
ConsThe application isn't smooth. It's difficult to spread evenly. While it controls oil, it strongly feels like it's sitting on top of the skin rather than absorbing.
TipI only apply it to my neck. Since my face makeup doesn't match my neck color, I just slather it on thickly there.

Even though I have oily skin, its oil-control function means I only need to apply powder to my T-zone for good adherence and lasting power. It's probably the best product I've used as a foundation-free option.
ConsIt doesn't apply thinly, and at some point while applying, the brightening effect suddenly intensifies, so controlling the amount is crucial. It feels a bit stiff when applying with fingers. Perhaps due to my oily skin, it tended to cling around the sides of my nose.
TipMixing it with a lower-toned yellow-based product not only enhances the brightening effect but also improves longevity and pore coverage.

I prefer semi-matte finishes for both foundation and sunscreen, and the Innisfree No Sebum Sunscreen EX has exactly the texture and finish I want. 2. I'm on my third bottle and haven't experienced any acne or blemishes - it's been working perfectly for me. 3. With SPF50+, it's my summer must-have that I always apply before going out. 4. It doesn't have the white cast or patchiness typical of tone-up sunscreens. In fact, thanks to its natural brightening effect, I often just wear this alone on no-makeup days. 5. When applied before makeup, I don't have to worry about my makeup breaking down throughout the day!
ConsDue to its semi-matte formula, it can feel a bit thick when applying. Those who prefer a completely fluid texture might find it slightly less suitable. However, if you apply it after a thorough skincare routine, it feels amazing to use!
TipApplying the No Sebum Sunscreen before foundation or cushion seems to help the makeup adhere better. When used before foundation, it creates a smoother base and helps makeup last longer without breaking down. My routine is always skincare -> Innisfree No Sebum Sunscreen -> foundation. This is how I prep my skin before applying makeup!

It's an essential part of my skincare routine when I go out, applied right after my other skincare steps. As it's a no-sebum sunscreen, it perfectly controls facial oil without needing additional powder after makeup. Sometimes I even go out wearing just this product without cushion foundation, though it's not a high-coverage item. The brightening effect is really noticeable - I often get compliments on how fair my skin looks, and I think this product plays a big role in that!
ConsCompared to other sunscreens, it doesn't apply as smoothly. I'll share my application technique below to minimize friction. Since it contains no-sebum ingredients, it can cause some pilling with makeup. However, as someone with oily skin, I can't give up this sunscreen in summer because it makes my makeup last incredibly long. It's crucial to apply just the right amount - remember, less is more with this product. If you don't have oily skin, I'd recommend using a more hydrating sunscreen instead.
TipHere's my application method! After letting my skincare (toner, ampoule, emulsion, cream) absorb fully, I squeeze out about two segments of my pinky finger's worth of product. I apply 1/3 to each cheek and 1/3 to my forehead. Instead of rubbing it in roughly, which can cause irritation due to its texture, I dot it all over my face using my fingertips. This ensures even coverage without missing any spots. Then I gently pat it in to create a thin, well-adhered base. Afterwards, I sometimes lightly pat it again with a cushion puff for an extra smooth finish.

The sun protection seems to work well too. I went on vacation to Southeast Asia and didn't get tanned at all!
ConsIt's extremely thick and doesn't absorb smoothly. It tends to settle into wrinkles, so I ended up using it more as a body sunscreen rather than on my face.

It doesn't just make my face look white, but gives an overall beautiful pink-tinted complexion. I use it regularly before applying makeup. It's good enough to wear on its own! The finish is so smooth that you can go out without powder. I also appreciate that it's a mineral sunscreen. As someone with acne-prone skin, chemical sunscreens can be a bit harsh for me.
ConsThe product is quite thick, so it doesn't absorb easily. It can be challenging to apply with just your fingers.
TipTo improve application, try lightly misting a puff with facial spray, then gently pat the sunscreen onto your face.

It definitely reduces excess oil production.
ConsIt applies unevenly and looks patchy. When it wears off, it also leaves blotchy marks. My face felt itchy all day, and the next morning I woke up with small blemishes.
TipSave your money.

It brightens the skin with a pink undertone. My skin has a yellow undertone, so I'm not a huge fan of pink-toned products, but it's still much better than wearing nothing. It definitely evens out the skin tone, so I'd recommend it to those looking for a brightening moisturizer with sun protection. Staying power: It keeps oil at bay, and even as time passes, there's noticeably less shine. Plus, when it mixes with your natural oils, it creates a beautiful glow that makes your skin look even better. If you already have good skin, you could probably get away with using this product alone in multiple layers during summer, skipping foundation altogether.
ConsUnfortunately, for my sensitive and super sensitive skin, it's a bit hit or miss - sometimes it doesn't cause breakouts, and other times it does... sigh. Application: Being a mineral sunscreen + sebum control product, it's quite thick + matte and difficult to spread evenly on the face. You'll need to either apply it over very well-moisturized skin, pat it in gently, or use a puff to blend it. (You need to apply quickly as it sets to a matte finish fast) It's quite drying, so after a while, areas like the sides of the nose and chin can look patchy or cakey + emphasize dead skin cells = making it challenging to apply makeup over it
TipIt's perfect for matching your neck tone to your face! Remember, always apply sunscreen to your neck just like you do your face.

It's not sticky at all and leaves a powder-like finish. The brightening effect isn't subtle - it's quite noticeable. You can immediately feel your face becoming lighter! I have oily skin, so even the famous J.J.N.M. sunscreen from Olive Young was too sticky for me, but this one isn't sticky at all. It's perfect for summer.
ConsBecause of its powdery nature, it doesn't spread easily on the skin. When you apply it all over your face, as time passes, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells (appearing like white powder). I'm not sure if it's because I prefer a more natural look, but if I apply the same amount as I would with a regular sunscreen, my face becomes too pale. It also seemed to give a slightly ashy tone to my skin.
TipI apply just a small amount, focusing on my cheeks, forehead, and chin. I first apply a moisturizing sunscreen all over my face, then use a small amount of this on the prominent areas. When I use just a moisturizing sunscreen, my face becomes too oily, but this product prevents that while providing a natural brightening effect, which I love.
