The brightening effect is really impressive. It might be suitable for those with oily skin. As someone with a lot of dead skin cells, it unfortunately accentuates them to an unsightly degree. Removing it during cleansing is also quite challenging. It might work better if used after exfoliating, but who has time for that before heading to work? This could potentially suit those with oily skin who don't lack hydration or have issues with excess dead skin cells. - wa*****Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedMay 29, 2025
Innisfree's Tone-Up No Sebum Sunscreen offers a matte finish and natural brightening effect, making it an excellent makeup base. It's suitable for oily skin types and provides a fresh feel without shine, perfect for summer use. The somewhat thick texture may feel a bit heavy during application, and depending on your complexion, it might leave a white cast. - rl************Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityMay 28, 2025
After using it for 3 months, I noticed some brightening effects. However, it tends to sit on top of dry skin a bit too much. The finish is quite matte, so it might be better suited for those with oily or combination skin. While the matte finish felt nice immediately after application, it didn't last long. Within just 30 minutes, I experienced issues like pilling around the nose, uneven brightening, and the product not adhering well to my skin, which was quite disappointing. - al*******Dehydrated SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMay 27, 2025
I've been using this product as both a base and sunscreen for about 9 years now. It's perfect for oily skin types, and even those with dry skin can achieve a flawless complexion with its natural brightening effect. Just this one product can give you that coveted porcelain skin look. I plan to use this forever, without any need for foundation. There's nothing bad to say. I'll just keep using it for life. Please make it in a larger size. For those with dry skin, if you apply this after thoroughly moisturizing, you can maintain even better hydration. - do*****Oily SkinRecommendedMay 23, 2025
I bought this for summer because sunscreen usually makes my hair stick to my face. It definitely controls oil well, so my hair sticks less, and the product is gentle with no irritation. When my skin condition isn't good, it becomes so dry that dead skin cells flake off. It also tends to build up around the sides of my nose. I apply this product and then layer a thin coat of organic physical sunscreen on top! I found this prevents any pilling. - 01**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 23, 2025
It applies with a refreshing feel and doesn't pill, which is great. The pink tint gives a nice brightening effect, evening out the complexion. If you apply it with your hands, you'll notice they feel squeaky clean afterwards, so I recommend using a spatula and puff instead! It wears off quickly, and like many products, it can cause some darkening. My skin tends to get oily, so without powder, it seems to slide off a bit. For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, you might want to layer this product carefully. It works hard to provide that Inner Glow, but watch out for any potential irritation or redness. Remember, finding the right balance of oil and moisture is key for that perfect glow! - dl**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2025
This product is fantastic for summer use. It brightens your complexion and keeps oil at bay, which I absolutely love. However, I wouldn't recommend it for the dry autumn and winter months. During these seasons, it tends to accentuate any dryness, making your skin's lack of moisture quite apparent. - sh*****Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedMay 22, 2025
It feels refreshing and does a great job at controlling excess shine. I highly recommend it. It can be drying. You need to apply a good moisturizer before using this product. Other than that, it's decent. - su*******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsMay 15, 2025
The sunscreen is extremely drying for those with dry skin, even when used in the summer. It seems suitable for those with oily skin to use in the summer. The product causes troubles due to excessive dryness. The tone-up effect also feels slightly unnatural and overly white. - ph*****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 13, 2025
When used as a sebum control product, it really makes my skin feel fresh and matte. It also evens skin tone nicely, and I love that my hair doesn't stick to it! As expected from a sebum control product, it can be drying. The brightening effect is quite strong, so I can't apply too much. I mix the Innisfree No Sebum Sunscreen with a bit of a more hydrating sunscreen when I use it.
