Here's my review after using up the entire bottle! It's my first review~ I bought a bunch of Fanel products based on a recommendation. They said the Cica Manu was good for soothing, but I found it to be neither amazing nor terrible. It didn't cause any blemishes on my skin, but I can't say it made any noticeable improvements either. It was just... okay. The price was a bit steep. I bought it on sale, but it still wasn't cheap. However, I didn't really feel any significant benefits, so I probably won't repurchase. The amount you get is also quite small. They recommended using it together with the pads and serum for best results, but I'm not really sure about that. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 30, 2022
When I apply it before bed and wake up in the morning, my skin feels noticeably improved The small size makes me want to use it sparingly It works well when you layer it with a serum and follow up with a hydrating moisturizer - ki**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 24, 2022
I used this product when my skin was super sensitive and it worked wonders. It has a herbal scent and feels moisturizing with a slight tackiness, but not to a concerning degree. It's great for those looking for skin hydration and regeneration. There's a hint of stickiness, but the hydrating effect is good enough to outweigh that minor issue. While the pads from this brand are famous, this serum is also excellent. If you liked the pads, you should definitely give this serum a try. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 7, 2022
I've been using this for about a week, and the large blemishes on my cheeks have disappeared. It's amazing! The scent is slightly herbal? Personally, I didn't mind the fragrance. It's not artificial, but rather a healthy scent, if that makes sense. I plan to repurchase when I run out! The price seems a bit steep... Other than that, I don't have any complaints so far. - ys******Dry SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 2, 2022
The name is quite unique - calling it '92 Serum' because it contains 92% active ingredients is quite clever. The formula has cica ingredients, giving it a refreshing feel, like a concentrated soothing gel. I applied it to areas with acne scars, and it really improved them. It seems to be genuinely effective, so I'll definitely use it again! It's a bit pricey for the amount you get. But since it works, I guess I'll have to keep buying it... Try applying it to areas with blemishes! - gk*******Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2022
Within 5 minutes of applying, it dramatically calmed the redness that appeared after squeezing a blemish. I was amazed! I cleansed with a cica pad, then applied this serum, followed by a hydrating serum and cream. By the time I finished my skincare routine, my skin had calmed down significantly. Unlike some watery serums that can leave skin feeling dry, this one leaves your complexion moisturized with a subtle glow. While it's highly concentrated and effective, the quantity is quite small. You really need to use it sparingly, only on areas with blemishes. It feels too precious to use on skin without any issues. Gently pat it in for better absorption. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2022
I first tried the sample of the Pannel Cushion that came with my purchase, and it was so amazing that I immediately bought the full-size product. From the moment you apply it, there's a scent that makes you think 'this is medicine for my skin' (which I love). It's a bit like a blend of menthol, centella, tea tree, and herbs. It seems to leave a slightly sticky feeling (though I don't mind since I apply cream over it anyway...) I use this after my carrot pad (Skin OO). I'm not sure about the synergy between the two, but after using them for a few days, the tiny bumps on my face have noticeably calmed down. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2021
I can feel the areas that were burning due to blemishes becoming more stable The volume is small, and the price is quite expensive, unfortunately - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2021
It feels like a highly concentrated serum packed with active ingredients. After application, it feels too sticky and makes my skin feel suffocated. Blemishes started appearing. When I stopped using it, the blemishes disappeared, so I discontinued use. This product might be suitable for those who enjoy a sticky texture. - xj********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 11, 2021
I was impressed that they used centella leaf water instead of purified water to enhance the soothing effect. The inclusion of Fanel's unique Cica-Manu Biome allows for gentle care even for sensitive skin. This was particularly nice to apply during this weather when my skin often gets super sensitive. The texture seemed a bit rich at first, but it spread like water, providing hydration without leaving a sticky finish, which was a relief. After using it for a few days, I noticed quite a bit of soothing effect, making it a rather satisfying product. The quantity... I can't help but feel that 15ml for a price in the 30,000 won range is a bit much. It seems they've really hiked up the price for such a small amount. For a few days, I've been using it in the morning as a mask by soaking cotton pads and placing them on my face for a few minutes. In the evening, I mixed it with my usual moisturizer (I use Acwell Hydrating Cream). I noticed visible soothing effects. You might want to give this method a try!
