  Pros

  As someone with extremely dry skin, I need products with shea butter, and this one is perfect. The scent isn't overpowering either. My skin is super sensitive, so I've been using this along with Sidmool aloe for years now.

  Cons

  In winter, when dryness is severe, I have to slather on this emulsion generously and then add a layer of Vaseline on top.

  Tip

  If shea butter doesn't agree with your skin, you should probably avoid this product.

  Pros

  First off, this absorbs beautifully! It glides on the skin so smoothly and seems to provide excellent hydration! Plus, the scent is quite pleasant.

  Cons

  1. It's a bit on the oily side... When I initially applied it to the back of my hand, it didn't feel particularly rich. However, once I put it on my face, I could definitely sense the oiliness. I applied it as the final step in my skincare routine, but for my super oily skin, it felt a bit too greasy. 2. It causes blemishes... It seems this product doesn't agree with my skin... After using it, I suddenly developed a lot of blemishes. My sister tried it too, and she also experienced breakouts. It happened so abruptly that I had to stop using it before even a week was up. Now I'm planning to give it to my parents. I wouldn't recommend this product for those with oily or super sensitive skin. While it's not extremely oily, it oddly caused blemishes, so I think some people with oily skin might find it doesn't suit them.

  Pros

  I'm on my third bottle of this Sidmool emulsion. It's lightweight, so a little goes a long way. The subtle fragrance is lovely too. Unlike other emulsions, it doesn't feel rich or greasy. This makes applying cream afterwards less burdensome. It has gentle ingredients and a wallet-friendly price.

  Cons

  While it's less rich, it also feels less hydrating. Although it's marketed for wrinkle repair, I'm not sure about its effectiveness in improving fine lines.

  Tip

  I tried mixing it with a gel-type moisturizer and it felt quite hydrating. Personally, I only use this during spring, fall, and winter.

  The main reason I love this product is its scent. It reminds me of baby animal jelly and leaves my skin moisturized without any stickiness.
