I started using this recently because of dry skin, and it's amazing! Layering it multiple times works wonders. The packaging is a bit disappointing. It tackles deep skin dryness! When you're feeling lazy, just applying toner and cream is enough. None. I've been using this for about 3 years now. I used to avoid mists because they felt drying and seemed to evaporate quickly. But this product, being a cream toner, leaves my skin feeling hydrated and soothed. What I love most is how convenient it is - no need to open a cap and apply with my hands. Just a quick spray and I'm done, perfect for those moments when my skin feels parched. It's so good that I keep repurchasing and even buy refills. I've recommended it to many people, and my family continues to use it. Seeing everyone repurchase speaks volumes about its quality. What impresses me even more is their excellent customer service. Once, I had an issue with the spray mechanism, and they promptly replaced the product without any fuss. This was especially notable when compared to another brand's sunscreen that gave me the runaround for a month when I had a problem. It really made me appreciate this company more. True to its name 'Cream in Toner', the texture is soft like a thin emulsion, and you can feel the hydration instantly upon application. I really liked how it quickly moisturized my skin with just one layer. - You can layer it multiple times without feeling heavy Even when applied in multiple layers, it doesn't pill or feel stuffy, making it great for use as a toner pack with cotton pads. I was very satisfied with its hydrating properties. - I could feel the skin-soothing effect When used on days when my skin was irritated or super sensitive, I definitely felt a calming effect, making it reassuring as a daily toner. - It might feel slightly heavy for oily skin While it's very hydrating, it also has a slight oiliness, which might be a bit much for those with oily skin, especially in summer. In such cases, you might want to use a smaller amount or save it for winter use. - Good for simplifying skincare routines, but some might find it lacking While it's convenient as a skip-care product that functions as both a toner and somewhat of a cream, the flip side is that some might find the moisturizing effect a bit insufficient. Absorbs well! Goes on smoothly! This cream toner was free from irritation and blemishes. The texture is very watery, it flows easily. Being a cream toner, it applies more gently than regular water-based toners, and I loved its high hydration. It finishes without any stickiness and absorbs well, and I really appreciated that it didn't cause any irritation. The scent is close to a typical cosmetic fragrance, but it's not off-putting. The exfoliating toner pads worked well for me after my evening cleanse. I have slightly dry skin, and since it's a cream-in-toner, it was less drying, which I appreciated. The pads helped refine my skin texture and caught any spots I might have missed while cleansing, which is great. The product itself is fine. The quantity is a bit disappointing though. I wish there were more pads in the package. This toner has a white, opaque, water-based texture. Despite being a toner, it has a nice moisturizing effect due to its balanced oil content. Even for my dry skin, during summer I can finish my skincare routine by layering this toner a few times, as it strikes the perfect balance between hydration and richness. Among cream toners, I think this product has the best oil and moisture balance. This was my introduction to the brand, and I've found that all their products are gentle with great moisturizing properties. It's even suitable to use with children. Not at all. This toner is so hydrating that you could use it alone in the morning and still feel moisturized It would be nice if it came with a spray nozzle or pump dispenser like Laneige products
