First off, the texture is quite thin. All the BB creams and brightening moisturizers I own are beige-toned, but this one has a pink hue.

But as I continued to spread it and help it absorb, once it was fully applied, it looked natural, as if it were my own skin, giving me a radiant complexion in natural light.

On the day I went out wearing this, someone asked what I'd done to my skin, saying it looked great.

It seems to excel at its job as a brightening moisturizer. However, the coverage isn't particularly high.

It's like a sunscreen, but it's called a brightening moisturizer. True to its base product nature, it evens out the complexion and brightens the face, making it perfect to apply before putting on makeup. With its UV protection, it's also great for everyday use as a sunscreen alternative.

It has a pink tint, so when I applied a lot to my face, there was a noticeable color difference with my neck. To make it look more natural, I applied some to my neck as well.

But with this product, even when my skin gets super oily, it just looks dewy without the applied texture getting messy. That's its biggest advantage!

It's perfect - doesn't pill even when applied with fingers

I usually go foundation-free and only use foundation on really important days when I know I won't be able to touch up my makeup. Normally, I use a sun cushion with concealer or a white-cast sunscreen with concealer, so I was hoping this product alone would give a decent skin finish, but it's not quite there. It feels more like sunscreen with a tiny drop of BB cream mixed in.

I was curious about this product since it's famous as a Chanel base, so I tried it out. To be honest, I've never used a Chanel base before, but I was satisfied with how it felt. When choosing cosmetics, the most important thing for me is how many harmful ingredients are in it. Even if a product feels great, my sensitive skin can react quickly, but this one had good ingredients and my skin stayed fine. It even has sun protection, and as someone with combination dehydrated skin that's prone to dead skin cells, extremely oily on top but dry underneath - a total mess - the fact that it didn't pill was absolutely amazing.

For best results, finish your skincare routine to ensure your skin is well-hydrated and firm, then apply a thin layer of this brightening moisturizer focusing on areas you want to even out before applying makeup. It applies and absorbs well with just your fingers!

If you feel a bit dry while applying foundation, lightly mist your face and gently pat with a sponge. This will give your skin a healthy glow!

1. Personally, I wish it was a bit more hydrating.

It gives a nice pink brightening effect and is gentle on the skin. I love that it has a high sun protection factor too. It makes my skin slightly glowy and shimmery - I'm not sure if it's from pearls or just a natural glow, but I like it!

It seems to work best when applied with your hands rather than a spatula or other tools. While it's portable, for those who find even this too big for their mini bags, you could squeeze some into a contact lens case to carry around. After all, you apply it with your hands anyway. In summer, when I've been sweating a lot outside, I completely wipe off my face and reapply. It gives a transparent, glowing finish that makes your skin look beautiful.

Honestly? I didn't notice any particular drawbacks. It brightens and evens skin tone effectively even with a small amount, so I've been using it for quite a while...

This is really similar to the SN Le Beige base. It feels like a more affordable version of the C brand base. The color is bright and the ingredients seem gentle overall. Even though I have oily skin, I'm using it well. When applied, there's no dryness and it glides on smoothly like a cream. Since it's a brightening moisturizer rather than a BB cream or foundation, it feels much lighter on the face, making it perfect for summer wear.
