Previously, I purchased the Dr. Oracle Retinol product after it was recommended as a good retinol starter by Director Pie on YouTube. I've become a big fan of Dr. Oracle and have been using it along with the Mark Pack. Now, my high school-aged daughter with acne-prone and oily skin is using this product and really benefiting from it. While the formula is not too watery, it is quite lightweight. It's great for calming down! When acne flares up and makes my skin blotchy, applying it 2 times helps reduce the dead skin and redness, which is really nice.

Pros
This is a very gentle, soothing centella asiatica ampoule. The benefits of centella asiatica seem to be more about maintaining healthy skin without trouble rather than causing any dramatic improvements. When the skin is reddened or irritated, using this seems to help soothe it. The formula is not completely watery, but has a slight viscosity that makes it flow easily. Since the formula is lightweight, it absorbs well, so in the morning I can just start with this instead of a separate toner and then apply a cream to complete my skincare routine. With 50,000ppm of centella asiatica, which is around 5%, the concentration seems adequate. Cosmetics are mostly water anyway, haha. And since this is manufactured by Cosmax, you can expect at least average quality.
Cons
Well, rather than a drawback, you shouldn't expect the ampoule to be highly nourishing. And these days, most ampoules seem to be quite lightweight and watery.
