The color is truly beautiful... It's so atmospheric and deep, yet not severe - a gorgeous shade. It's like a dark reddish rose color with a hint of brown. Simply stunning. If you don't control the amount, it seems to transfer quite a bit. That's the only downside I can think of. Make sure to apply it gently with a lip brush, as if you're staining your lips... This is absolutely, positively my holy grail tint! It's exactly the color I adore! It feels luxurious and velvety smooth. The scent is a delightful, sweet chocolate aroma! It tends to fade a bit easily. When eating, drinking, wearing a mask, or talking a lot, it wears off, unfortunately.

It's a shade that blends well with your complexion, not looking out of place even on bare skin. What's fun about Rom&nd tints is that you can create various looks depending on how much you apply. The color is actually a cooler rose tone than in the photo. I've changed my phone, and it's not capturing the color accurately. The formula tends to transfer a lot. It leaves marks not only on masks but also significantly on cups when drinking water or other beverages. The case is absolutely stunning! It exudes such elegance. The color is a sophisticated, muted rose that adds to its luxurious feel. There's not much to complain about, except maybe a bit of transfer. The color payoff is great and it's exactly the shade I was hoping for! It dries to a velvety finish, but if you apply multiple layers, it takes quite a while to set. It has a lovely chocolate scent. My lips are often chapped, causing some lip products to flake or not adhere well, but this one applies beautifully regardless of my lip condition. It tends to clump a bit! There's definitely some transfer immediately after application, and it's quite stubborn to remove from cups. The color is truly beautiful. It gives off such a sophisticated vibe that I'm thoroughly enjoying using it. It fades way too quickly... As a result, it tends to smudge onto my mask. Sigh.

The packaging has been upgraded from a transparent, sleek design to a slightly more luxurious look with a semi-transparent case featuring a matte gold lid with a velvety feel. Personally, I prefer this new case design. The formula is the familiar velvety tint texture that's easy to apply. The scent is the same rich chocolate aroma as the original Milk Tea Velvet Tint, but not overpowering, which I appreciate. The color itself isn't too deep or intense, making it perfect for everyday wear. The main drawback is the lack of long-lasting wear. There isn't much staining effect either, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for strong staying power. Also, if you've used the original Milk Tea Velvet Tint before, you'll know that the applicator tends to pick up a lot of product, so controlling the amount is essential. Another thing to note is that while the texture color shows a pink-tinted rose brown, once applied to the lips, the pink undertone is less noticeable. In my opinion, this Rose Tea shade seems more suited for warm skin tones rather than being a universally flattering color for both warm and cool complexions.
