It is applied as a base to apply other products and create a gradient. The color seems suitable for creating looks in the fall.. It's a tint, so it has good staying power^^ While it doesn't come off easily on the lips, it washes off better than expected when removing makeup, which is nice^^

The 23rd pink beige shade matches my skin tone perfectly, and the Perkell winter deep dark shade adheres beautifully and the color is just my style, making it one of my favorite lip products. It looks lovely when applied alone as a gradient lip, and it's also pretty when I use it as an accent color with a lighter shade. Plus, it has a tea theme, which I really enjoy!
Cons
1. The longevity is not great, so if it wears off while I'm out, I have to reapply it. 2. If my lips are dry, it can accentuate flakiness.
