It is applied as a base to apply other products and create a gradient. The color seems suitable for creating looks in the fall.. It's a tint, so it has good staying power^^ While it doesn't come off easily on the lips, it washes off better than expected when removing makeup, which is nice^^
Cons
The deep color may be a bit too much if applied too heavily, which could be difficult to style. If you like a matte finish, it's fine, but it does have a somewhat dry feel.

The 23rd pink beige shade matches my skin tone perfectly, and the Perkell winter deep dark shade adheres beautifully and the color is just my style, making it one of my favorite lip products. It looks lovely when applied alone as a gradient lip, and it's also pretty when I use it as an accent color with a lighter shade. Plus, it has a tea theme, which I really enjoy!
Cons
1. The longevity is not great, so if it wears off while I'm out, I have to reapply it. 2. If my lips are dry, it can accentuate flakiness.

Deep brick brown color This is the second of the 3 new colors I bought, and these new colors are so warm-toned that I'd say they're for warm-toned people The rose tea I had applied before did have some pink, but by my standards, it was more of a warm-toned rose color. This earl grey tea also applies as a deep, warm-toned brick brown, and you can sometimes see a chili-like hue And this time I bought the milk tea velvet tint in mostly deep colors. I'm not sure if it's just a feeling, but the deeper colors seem to be more matte and adhere better than the lighter colors The adhesion isn't particularly good or bad, like any other velvet tint, but the deeper colors just seem to apply better As I've always said, the scent is a rich chocolate aroma
Cons
It just doesn't last very long, that's the thing And tip - controlling the amount applied is a must
