I applied it to calm my sensitive skin, but the thick viscosity seemed to make my skin even more red and itchy - I was going crazy! My entire face turned red like a 'red man', except for the eye area. When I applied it to the back of my hand, the finish was sticky and tacky, like glycerin.

I used the Cicago Soothing Cream well and also purchased the serum together. The serum has a viscous, opaque formula and applies smoothly on the skin. It contains niacinamide and madecassoside, which are said to help with skin brightening, soothing, and regeneration.

When I first applied it, it felt moisturizing, but on my dry skin, the surface felt greasy while the inside felt dry and slightly itchy.
