  It absorbs well and provides enough hydration that you can skip toner if you're feeling lazy. The moisturizing power is perfect for fall and winter use.

  While it's fragrance-free, there's a slight rubbery scent to it.

  A lightweight and hydrating essence that works as both a first and main step. Depending on your skin type, it might be more suitable as a first essence unless you have oily skin. I've been using it as a first essence since it feels a bit light to be a main one. I used to avoid ceramide products because they were often in heavy creams or mists, but this one is light and feels more hydrating when applied. The first layer feels similar to applying a watery toner. It's likely great for oily or combination dehydrated skin. For me, one application is light, so 2-3 layers work best. The slim bottle design is great for travel as a total essence solution, and it doesn't tip over easily. The pointed dispenser allows for clean application.
