Absorbs smoothly and is excellent for calming the skin. I've been using it for a long time. I highly recommend this to everyone! It's so good. As a medical-grade product, there's nothing to complain about. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 25, 2024
This product is perfect for sensitive skin. It absorbs well, provides excellent hydration, and has great soothing effects. The price is a bit disappointing considering the amount you get. It's slightly expensive since you need to use quite a bit of product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 13, 2023
The hydration is excellent. The fragrance is pleasant, and the tube packaging makes it easy to apply. As it's a cream, it's quite rich in oils, so it might not be suitable for oily skin types. - jb*Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2023
This cream has been a godsend for my child with atopic dermatitis, working better than prescribed medications. While the skin does become dry again if we stop using it, during application it even helps heal wounds. We're continuing to use it regularly. I haven't found any drawbacks yet. We use it on the body too, but considering the amount needed, it's a bit pricey for its size. - js********Dry SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedNov 20, 2022
A must-have for dry, acne-prone skin! After washing my face, I apply this cream. If I feel extra dry, I just add a bit more to specific areas. It's truly amazing! I've been using this for over 6 months now, and I still can't find any downsides. I'm already on my third bottle! If you combine this with an oil blotting sheet mask, it really helps clear up blemishes and small bumps. I used to have severe acne, but this completely eliminated it. I can honestly vouch for its effectiveness! - sh******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 28, 2022
I love that it's fragrance-free. I have blemish-prone, sensitive skin, and creams can often cause breakouts. However, this product has great regenerative properties and didn't trigger any blemishes. I was worried when I saw reviews mentioning itchiness, especially when using the sample. After the first application, I noticed dead skin cells forming on damaged areas and peeling off the next day. From the second application onwards, I didn't experience any itching at all. It might vary from person to person, but in my case, I felt a slight tingling sensation only when my skin was actually healing. - ks********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 7, 2022
The hydration was nice. I'm not sure about other aspects, but it felt a bit too rich for my skin. I have seborrheic dermatitis and redness all over except for my forehead. After applying this cream, the sensitive areas like around my eyes, mouth, and under my chin all broke out. The itching under my chin and around my eyes was so intense, I had a hard time trying to calm it down. - 9b********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 13, 2022
As someone with extremely sensitive skin prone to redness, I've had trouble with many products causing reactions. My dermatologist recommended this, and after using about 10 bottles, I can say it's genuinely gentle. Even when I apply a lot, it doesn't cause any blemishes or irritation. While it's great that it doesn't cause reactions, the texture is quite thick and doesn't seem to absorb well. If I apply more due to dryness, it pills. It feels more oily than hydrating, like it's creating a film on my skin. It's as if it's just sitting on the surface - my skin looks shiny on top, but feels tight and dry underneath. I really wish they would change the formula... If they could just fix this one issue, it would be so much better. - ss****Dry SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2022
I have extremely dry, sensitive skin and I'm currently treating seborrheic dermatitis. My dermatologist gave me a sample to try before buying. On the first day of use, it spread very smoothly and provided excellent hydration - just as good as Physiogel, if not better! My skin feels comfortable when I apply it, and I can sense a protective layer forming, leaving my skin silky smooth. By the way, I usually use Physiogel AI Soothing Emulsion, and the AI Cream in spring, fall, and winter. My dermatologist recommended this instead of Physiogel, but after using it for three days, I started feeling itchy on my eyebrows, forehead, cheeks, and nose from the second night. Looking at the ingredients, I noticed it contains silicone oil (dimethicone). Ever since developing seborrheic dermatitis, products with dimethicone make my skin itchy. It's such a shame because if it didn't have dimethicone, I would have switched from Physiogel to this. It really made my skin soft and comfortable. I wonder if they can't replace it with jojoba oil? A pro tip: it's good for both atopic dermatitis and seborrheic dermatitis. Apply a thin layer and add a bit more on dry areas. Importantly, if you're sensitive to dimethicone or other ingredients, check the ingredient list before use. I also recommend getting a sample to try first.
