The application is great! It has a thick, water-like consistency that spreads easily and absorbs well. I love how quickly it sinks into the skin! It's fantastic for hydration too. I'm not sure about its brightening effects. The scent isn't pleasant either. I've been using this for about a month, and it seems to work well even for sensitive skin as it doesn't cause any blemishes. It's comfortable to apply right after cleansing without toner, causing no irritation. The dropper-type packaging is hygienic and easy to use. There's hardly any scent, which should suit those sensitive to fragrances. For my combination skin, layering it two or three times felt a bit rich. However, I think it would provide sufficient hydration for those with dry skin, especially useful in winter. While others noticed its effects, I might not have perceived them as strongly because I had such great results with the Isoi Blemish Care Pads. I'll continue using this product, layering it two or three times, and update my review later. The effect on reducing redness wasn't as noticeable as I had hoped. In summer, it felt a bit oily after application, especially when layered multiple times, which made my skin feel heavy. Applying it just once seemed too subtle, so I've been layering it two or three times, which is slightly disappointing. While the hydration was decent, I wasn't satisfied enough to repurchase. I think this product might work differently depending on the season and skin type. It's easy to apply and has a nice consistency - not too watery, but spreads smoothly with a satisfying texture! Although it's supposed to be unscented, there's a slight smell when you apply it. I used this during winter and loved how moisturizing it was. It's great to use as a toner before applying makeup. I bought a bottle after reading reviews about its brightening effects. It's wonderfully hydrating and moisturizing, but what really stands out is how well it performs its brightening function! Of course, dramatically whitening the skin is challenging, but it definitely seems to do a great job at improving blemishes. Recently, I was stressed because I suddenly broke out with acne all over, but after consistently applying this for a few days, my blemishes faded much faster...!! It absorbs well, keeps my skin hydrated, and I just love it so much! I have absolutely no complaints. I'll definitely keep using this for the foreseeable future!

I heard that the Hwahae care was effective, so I purchased it, but I'm not sure if there's a significant difference. However, I think there is a slight whitening effect.
