No greasiness at all! I love how it feels like it's protecting my skin. It's way too drying. I have oily skin, but this is the first time I've experienced dead skin cells flaking off due to dryness. Plus, the white cast is extremely noticeable. - na*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsJun 17, 2025
The absorption is a bit challenging due to the mineral sunscreen ingredients - can't be helped! 😅 The amount you get for the price is a bit disappointing too. Overall, it's just an average, run-of-the-mill product. As a student preparing for exams, I only have time to cleanse at the end of the day. Unfortunately, when I apply too much, I notice blemishes popping up. 😔 When using mineral sunscreens, it's normal for the product to feel a bit heavy on application. To avoid pilling and excess product, try applying in thin layers. For those with sensitive or acne-prone skin, be sure to cleanse thoroughly at the end of the day to remove all traces of sunscreen and prevent clogged pores. - he********Dry SkinRecommendedJun 16, 2025
Among mineral sunscreens, this one is the most hydrating and fantastic! I'm extremely satisfied with it. It's a bit drying and can leave a slight white cast. If you're looking for something more moisturizing, I'd recommend a hydrating sunscreen instead. When choosing a sunscreen, it's important to consider your skin type and needs. While mineral sunscreens offer excellent protection, they can sometimes be less hydrating than their chemical counterparts. If you have dry or combination dehydrated skin, you might want to look for a sunscreen that offers both UV protection and intense hydration. Don't forget to layer your skincare products for optimal results! - mk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 16, 2025
I've been using this since the beginning of the year, and my complexion has improved significantly. What's even better is that when I apply this first and then pat on my cushion foundation, it stays looking beautiful. Since it's just a sunscreen that evens skin tone, it naturally doesn't provide coverage. Also, it wears off too quickly when you sweat. It seems to work better when applied with a cushion puff rather than with your hands! - wj**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2025
Highly recommended for those with oily skin! Since switching to this product, I've noticed a significant reduction in excess oil on my face. After application, it feels like my skin texture is well-balanced and refined. It's a bit disappointing that I can only apply a small amount, as using too much makes my face look overly pale. However, this seems unavoidable due to the physical sunscreen ingredients. - wn*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2025
Out of all the products I've tried so far, this one seems to have the best absorption and overall performance. I can't think of any downsides. I would definitely buy it again. - cs*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 15, 2025
I liked that it wasn't greasy and had minimal white cast. It seems like it would be great for those with oily skin. Since my skin lacks hydration, it felt a bit dry when applied without a base skincare routine. However, I think it would work well for those with oily skin. It does have a slightly thick texture. Don't apply this to your body. The heavy feeling lasts all day long. - bh****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 14, 2025
The ingredients and absorption were great, and most importantly, it didn't cause any blemishes, which is a big plus for my sensitive skin! It's a bit rich, so it might not suit those with oily skin, but I think it would be perfect for people with dry skin. Without a discount, the price seems a bit high for the amount you get. If you apply too much, it can leave an uneven, oily finish, so you need to use just the right amount. Mixing it with a drier sunscreen (like Carenel) helps balance out the rich texture and works well. - l_*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 14, 2025
For a mineral sunscreen, it's surprisingly moisturizing and not drying, so it applies smoothly. It doesn't clog pores and has less clumping over time. Its gentle formula makes it great for liberal application. Being a mineral sunscreen, it's inevitable that it leaves a slight white cast around the forehead and nose area after some time. Double cleansing is a must! Foam cleansing alone obviously won't remove it completely! - ji********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 14, 2025
I tried it on, and it absorbs well. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't feel heavy or dry on the skin. I don't have any particular complaints about this birch mineral sunscreen.
