This product is intended for "neck blemish care". Effective in soothing heat rash across the neck caused by hot and humid summer weather. The non-drip, highly concentrated formula feels like a rich, hydrating oil serum that applies very smoothly. While the moisturizing barrier formed on the skin is substantial and leaves a slight stickiness, it's not intense enough to cause any pilling or interference with subsequent cream application.
ConsDespite its effectiveness in calming blemishes like heat rash, the hydration doesn't last long enough for extremely dry skin types.

Application The texture doesn't drip when squeezed out. Despite this, it spreads easily without feeling thick, leaving a moisturized finish. 2. Absorption The absorption rate is just right - not too fast to dry out the skin, nor too slow to feel heavy. My face is quite large, and the dropper dispenses a small amount, so I applied one drop each on my forehead and cheeks. It absorbed nicely, leaving my skin feeling fresh and hydrated. 3. Moisturizing power The hydration level is more suitable for oily skin than dry skin. As I have oily skin, using this ampoule with a light emulsion was sufficient. It might be enough on its own in the peak of summer. In winter, you'll definitely need to pair it with a cream.
Cons1. Inconvenience of the dropper The dropper is too rigid and dispenses too little product, requiring multiple uses, which is inconvenient. I wondered if a pump-type dispenser might have been better for this formula, but I'm sure the experts had their reasons for choosing a dropper. 2. Itchiness I've tried the Inteaca cream before, and it gave me a strange, itchy sensation that didn't agree with my skin. I hoped the ampoule would be different, but unfortunately, it also caused itching, so I had to stop using it. This is more about a specific ingredient not suiting me rather than a flaw in the product itself. I was surprised because my skin usually responds very well to centella asiatica, yet this still caused itching. Even if cica products usually work for you, make sure to patch test this one. While it didn't work for me personally, I think the product itself is quite good. It seems versatile enough for use in all seasons except the depths of winter, hence the 5-star rating!
TipFor those with oily skin, using just this ampoule might be sufficient in the summer months.

The calming effect is definitely noticeable. It's great for reducing redness and even helped with those tiny bumps. (I saw improvement in redness within a day, and felt the blemishes calming down in just 3 days.) The slightly opaque, gel-like texture doesn't run, applies smoothly, and feels great on the skin. It seems like a daily soothing ampoule that any skin type can use without major issues.
ConsThe packaging is quite inconvenient. The dropper dispenses too little product, so you have to keep squeezing it, which is a hassle. Also, you can't see how much is left inside because the container isn't transparent.
TipThere's a cream in the same line - using them together gives an even faster soothing effect! I recommend pairing it with the cream for best results.

Even with my dry skin, I didn't experience any dryness. I love that it's not too runny. Often, serums are so thin they drip everywhere, but this one has a nice consistency. The ingredients are top-notch too. After checking the ingredient list, I found no concerning components, which made me feel even more comfortable using it.
ConsAs for skin soothing, I had high hopes, but I didn't see much calming effect. Of course, this could vary from person to person.

However, this product has such gentle ingredients that I felt comfortable using it without any concerns. ✔️Texture It's not a runny formula that drips down your face. The consistency is somewhere between a cream and an ampoule (leaning more towards a cream). ✔️Nearly fragrance-free While it's not completely scentless, compared to products with added fragrances, it's practically unscented. This is great for those who are sensitive to fragrances and worry about skin reactions. ✔️Soothing effect Although I don't have acne-prone skin, my face gets quite irritated after exfoliating two or three times a week. This product claims to calm skin irritation caused by physical stimuli, and it definitely delivers. It reduces redness faster and soothes that burning sensation on the skin more quickly than if I just left it alone. ✔️Non-suffocating even when layered It's surprisingly lightweight, so you can layer it multiple times without feeling overwhelmed. I've been applying extra layers on areas that need more soothing.
Cons✔️Insufficient hydration and moisture Despite having combination skin and usually preferring lighter skincare, I found this product alone wasn't hydrating enough after toner. While it might be perfect for those with oily or combination skin who want a really fresh feel, those with dry skin might want to use it alongside other products that provide more hydration and moisture. ✔️Can't check remaining product The packaging isn't transparent, so it's impossible to see how much you've used or how much is left. ✔️Dropper issues The product has a fairly thick consistency, but the dropper doesn't seem to pick up enough product. Often, one dropper-full isn't enough to cover my entire face, which can be a bit frustrating.

When I was younger, I had oily skin, but as I've aged, it's become combination dehydrated. Now, my skin feels very tight after cleansing. In the afternoon, it still gets quite greasy. This product is incredibly hydrating. Since I've had oily skin since childhood, I never use products that make my skin feel greasy or sticky, no matter how good or expensive they are. This doesn't leave a greasy or sticky feeling, which I really appreciate. The texture is like a runny gel, which is nice because it doesn't drip like water. I usually apply a lot of cream for dryness, but with this product, I've tried using it alone without cream, and it's sufficiently moisturizing. When my skin is very dry, applying it once and then again after 10 minutes makes it incredibly hydrated.
ConsThis product uses a dropper, but it's frustratingly difficult to pump out. I have to press the dropper more than 20 times just to get enough for one application. I like to use two drops each on my forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin, but having to press the dropper 20 times is really tiring. I'm not sure if it's just my product that's faulty, but please change the packaging. It's so annoying that I don't want to use it. Apart from the packaging, it's fragrance-free, has good ingredients, and is moisturizing, which is great.
TipUpdate 04/10/2022: I've figured out how to use the dropper effectively. Because of its runny gel texture, it's quite thick. If you press the dropper firmly and release slowly, it fills up completely, providing enough for one full application. So now I don't have any complaints about the packaging, and I've increased my rating. The only improvement left would be to make the bottle transparent so we can see how much product is left.

As someone with sensitive skin, I often feel heat and dryness on my cheeks right after cleansing. This ampoule definitely helps reduce redness quickly. I love that the consistency is like a runny gel, so it doesn't drip everywhere. After application, my skin feels more plump than powdery. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for immediate cooling effects.
ConsThe dropper is quite stiff, making it difficult to squeeze out the product. There's a medicinal scent which I personally don't enjoy. While it does cool the surface of my skin, I'm not sure if it addresses deep dryness. I'll need to use it more to be certain!

T-zone is oily, U-zone is dry, and butterfly zone is slightly oily. I experience deep dryness and have dehydrated skin. Texture and Application: The formula has a hydrating texture that glides on smoothly. A little goes a long way, spreading easily over a large area. It's neither runny nor too thick. Hydration: Great for satisfying thirsty skin as it's low in oil. I love how light it feels when applied. Convenience and Hygiene: The dropper design allows for precise dispensing, making it convenient and hygienic to use. Volume and Price: 50ml for 24,000 won. It would be a good idea to purchase during an Olive Young sale. Scent: As someone sensitive to fragrances, I can confirm it's almost scentless. You can apply it without any concerns. Repurchase Intention: Absolutely!
ConsThe only disappointing thing is that there's nothing to be disappointed about. It's hard to find any faults!

Highly recommended for oily skin! Texture: Unlike other ampoules, it doesn't drip or feel sticky - more like a moisturizer! The color isn't transparent but white, making it indistinguishable from a regular moisturizer when applied. If you're expecting a typical ampoule texture, you might be surprised! Application: It feels like applying an emulsion or cream, packed with hydration but without the oiliness of an ampoule. As someone with oily skin, I actually preferred the lighter feel! Given its moisturizer-like texture, I wondered if it would have a cooling effect like other moisturizers, but when stored at room temperature, there wasn't any noticeable cooling sensation. Scent: It's completely fragrance-free! While I might not have the most sensitive nose, I couldn't detect any scent at all. Despite containing centella asiatica, there's no characteristic smell - not even the typical cosmetic scent! This means it won't divide opinions based on fragrance, and those sensitive to scents can use it without worry. Effectiveness: While it emphasizes immediate soothing effects, the results weren't dramatic, but I did notice some reduction in redness after application. It seems more specialized in calming flushed skin rather than instantly soothing blemishes. I'll need to use it consistently to gauge its full effects.
ConsSummary: An ampoule that doesn't feel like an ampoule. Not recommended for dry skin! Texture: First off, it seems to lack the richness you'd expect from an ampoule. In winter, you might prefer a richer, more substantial ampoule, but this isn't suitable if you're looking to replenish oils. While those with oily skin who prefer less richness might find it acceptable, if you have dry skin and apply only this over your toner, it might not provide enough oil to balance your skin! Think of it as a moisturizer in an ampoule bottle. Cooling Effect: It lacks the satisfying thickness of an ampoule, but also doesn't provide the cooling effect of a moisturizer, which is a bit disappointing. For soothing heated summer skin, a moisturizer with a cooling effect works best. If they were going for this type of texture, I wonder if including a cooling effect might have been a good idea?
TipIf you're after a cooling effect, it's best to store this in the refrigerator! It's not a product that provides a cooling sensation when kept at room temperature.
