I used it as an exfoliating toner and was extremely satisfied. As the weather's getting warmer, toners with a thicker consistency can feel sticky, but this one has a water-like texture that applies lightly and absorbs well. I have 'steel skin' that rarely breaks out, but I'm prone to redness, so I've been a toner nomad. Among all the toners I've tried, this one easily ranks in my top five favorites.
ConsIf I had to nitpick, it's both a pro and a con that this product is colorless and odorless. Sometimes it feels like I'm just applying plain water!
TipI like to use it at night after cleansing by soaking a cotton pad with the toner and applying it like a mask, then gently wiping it off. It provides hydration almost as well as a sheet mask. While toners are primarily for evening out the complexion and can't fully replace a mask, I'm quite satisfied using this as an alternative.

After checking that it didn't contain any ingredients that wouldn't suit me, I gave it a try. Surprisingly, not only did it not worsen my skin condition, but it even helped soothe the itching! I can confidently recommend this gentle product even to those with super sensitive skin! Non-sticky hydration To be honest, I expected a runny texture since it's a hyaluronic acid toner. Despite its water-like consistency, I didn't anticipate it to be as moisturizing as other brands' runny toners. However, for my combination skin, applying two layers and letting it absorb revealed a deep, plumping hydration from within!
ConsWhile I didn't find any particular downsides while using it, if I had to pick one, it would be the scent! I'm not a fan of that typical unscented product smell, so that was slightly disappointing for me. But this is just because I'm quite picky - those who like unscented products might appreciate it! After all, it means fewer unnecessary ingredients have been added.
TipWhile it could be used as an exfoliating toner, those with sensitive skin know it's best to minimize irritation, so using it as a hydrating toner is recommended. As this product has a light texture, you can layer it multiple times without it feeling heavy, providing only hydration. On particularly dry days, patting it in over several applications could help combat deep dryness.

Matricaria is a flower from the daisy family, also known as chamomile. Chamomile is known for its soothing effects and ability to prevent moisture loss - perfect for skincare! It's great for calming the skin and removing residual impurities, making it ideal for use after cleansing. With a pH of 5.45, it's slightly acidic, which helps restore the skin's protective barrier. The panthenol and hyaluronic acid ingredients are excellent for hydrating the skin. Using it, I found the toner to be wonderfully clean and simple. It felt gentle and non-irritating. It was great for hydrating after cleansing. I have dry skin, and despite its water-like consistency, it absorbed naturally into my skin, which I loved. It was a sufficient toner even for dry skin types, helping to address deep dryness. I think it'll be perfect for the upcoming summer!
ConsThe toner bottle has a pump-top design like an emulsion, which took some getting used to with this water-based toner as it tends to flow out. However, I adapted to it over time, so it wasn't a major issue. Given that it contains Matricaria, I wish it had a chamomile scent - that's just a personal preference though. I understand that many people are sensitive to fragrances these days and preferences vary, so being unscented might be more universally appealing. It might not be quite enough for dry skin in winter.
TipI recommend this for those looking for a clean toner, as an exfoliating toner, and for normal to oily skin types.
