This is a versatile and easy-to-use water toner. I managed to get it at a great discount, so I was really pleased with the value for money. What makes it stand out a bit is that it contains a small amount of hyaluronic acid, which gives it slightly more hydration than a regular water toner, but without any stickiness. This makes it really pleasant to use. I also appreciated that it contains panthenol and allantoin, which I think are good ingredients for the skin.
