It's too good The coverage is no joke It's not greasy, but has a glossy, smooth flow A must-have item The scent is also super nice I've been repurchasing and using it for who knows how many bottles now The packaging is also high-end and just amazing Moisturizing, glossy, dewy, and completes a luxurious bare skin look The fast absorption is also really great - it's perfect

It shines the moment you apply it! It's moisturizing, not sticky, and gives a beautiful glow! I don't apply it directly to my face, but instead pour it onto my palm and then pat it onto my face. Since it's a water-based formula, it absorbs quickly and leaves a smooth, glossy finish!!! It gives more of a refined, high-end glow compared to a dewy look, with a subtle radiance. These days, it's the first thing I apply after cleansing, and when I first put it on, it feels moisturizing and almost like I'm applying an essence. It then helps prep my skin for the toner, making my skin look even better. I usually layer it 2 times, and I've even forgotten and just gone to bed with it, which shows how nourishing it is. ㅎㅎ Since I used it more during the hot weather, now that autumn is here and my skin needs more nourishment, I'll be sure to use it even more. I've been seeing Incellderm a lot lately and have heard great things, so after trying this, I'm excited to explore their other products too! ㅎㅎㅎ The product does have a scent, which I personally really enjoy, but if you're sensitive to fragranced products, that might be a downside for you. ㅠㅠ

It seems there is a specific order to apply the products, and since the price is quite high, the Hwahae Trial Reviewer must have provided the order as well~ I applied the toner and finished off with the eye cream I had at home ㅋㅋ I couldn't keep up with the routine, so I just slathered on the eye cream haphazardly..ㅋ It seems to be really great for brightening the skin tone and moisturizing. I think I've also seen some calming effects on my skin~ Especially after applying, my face just glows!
Cons

As soon as I received the package, I was like 'Wow!' because the packaging is so luxurious. The texture is a slightly viscous, milky-white form. The fragrance is just amazing - a lovely floral scent that makes me feel great. It's not a watery texture, so I think it's better to apply it with your hands to absorb it, rather than using it as a cleansing toner. Since it's an essential toner, it contains essence ingredients, so there's no tightness after use and the moisturizing effect is good. After using it, I feel like there's a bit of a glow, which I really like.
Cons
First of all, the price... I didn't realize how expensive it was until I was writing the review after receiving it through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program. The price is a bit burdensome to use it as a cleansing toner... The price is the reason for the one-star deduction. And it has a slight oily feel to it.
