  I've heard so many great things about Inceldum from those around me, and I'm honored to be able to try it out for myself🎉👋 First of all, there's nothing lacking in the ingredients - it has glycerin and squalane to provide bouncy hydration, and niacinamide to take care of brightening. Despite being less sticky than you'd expect from the ingredients, this toner still delivers intense hydration. I soaked a cotton pad generously with this toner and laid it over my forehead, cheeks, and chin, letting it sit for a while. Then I followed up with my usual light cicada essence. It's so different from other toners I've used~ It really gives you that dewy, glassy skin look!!! Using it as a toner pack before bed keeps my skin plump and moisturized until the next morning, and it makes my foundation apply so smoothly in the morning.
