As someone who absolutely adored the original Real Barrier Extreme Cream, even buying it for my family, I tried this new product as soon as it was released! Key differences from the original Extreme Cream: The original was only usable in winter, but this one: 1. Absorbs much more smoothly 2. Doesn't leave a sticky residue, improving the overall feel 3. Has a much more pleasant scent (which was a common complaint before) These three main drawbacks have been perfectly addressed in this new cream. I always thought products with 5% panthenol would have a sticky texture, but this one isn't sticky at all! It applies so smoothly and leaves your skin feeling hydrated. I found myself reaching for it often. The scent is a subtle, aromatic fragrance that isn't overwhelming at all. And it doesn't contain any harmful fragrances! It's so mild that it won't bother anyone - a huge improvement in terms of scent preference. While the Extreme Cream was hard to recommend for non-dry skin types, this product seems suitable for oily, combination, and dry skin types across all seasons! It's truly an all-season, daily moisturizer. If the Extreme Cream was like a warm, puffy winter coat, this Moisture Cream is like a soft, cozy cardigan - perfect for everyday use! I came to write a review because I remembered how much I liked it, only to find out it's been discontinued... Why would they discontinue such a great product? I bought this product from E-mart Traders in February 2025 and tried it for the first time, but I developed serious blemishes. Why is a discontinued product being sold through a larger distribution network (Traders)? I applied it for additional hydration during winter, but after using it 2-3 times, I developed small, itchy bumps all over my face. While I've had products that didn't suit me before, this is the first time I've experienced such widespread skin irritation. I was really shocked. To be honest, I find the Intense Cream suits me better than the Extreme Cream. It's perfect for year-round use! It absorbs well and is ideal for combination skin! There's nothing bad to say. Please keep it just the way it is! Real Barrier, you're amazing for including so many samples... As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect moisturizer, this one seems to be the best match for me so far! It didn't cause any blemishes and was really useful during the winter months. It feels a bit heavy for summer use. As someone with extremely oily skin, I could feel a slight richness. I have fond memories of using this product in the past, so I decided to try it again. The absorption is great, and it leaves a slightly firm feeling after application, which is perfect for applying makeup. It's easy to use during the day, and it has just the right amount of moisture. If you pair it with a hydrating ampoule or another serum, it's also suitable as a night cream. I felt a slight itching sensation, and it seemed like I might be getting some blemishes, so I temporarily stopped using it. While it's perfect for winter, it might be a bit heavy for summer use, and those with oily skin might find it too rich!

This is the ultimate product for dry skin. It's lightweight yet tackles deep dryness, and it's great without any stickiness. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued, and there's no comparable alternative product available.
