This product seems to be a toner that strengthens the skin barrier while helping to control sebum. It has excellent hydration properties and gives a soft, comfortable feeling without drying out or irritating the skin. I recommend it for blemish-prone skin as it controls excess sebum production while also having a calming effect on the skin. While it's good for deep hydration, it may leave a rich feeling on the skin, so it might not be suitable for those with oily skin types. I loved the Ilso Bubble Cleanser so much that I tried the toner sample that came with it. It was so gentle and amazing that I was completely enchanted and had to buy it! I'm absolutely thrilled with how quickly it absorbs and the non-sticky finish. I tried a sample, loved it, and now I'm using the full-size product. My face gets a bit oily a little faster than usual. But aside from that, everything else is great! For combination dehydrated skin, try using this with the Illiyoon Pudding Cream. It keeps your skin hydrated yet comfortably matte.

Hwahae cosmetics are fantastic! I was browsing their wide selection the other day, wondering what to buy. I decided to try a toner sample first, and it's incredibly hydrating! While I don't have any blemishes, just some freckles and dark spots, this toner applies smoothly and leaves my skin feeling so moisturized. I highly recommend it! My daughter loves it too. So hydrating! The formula is bursting with moisture and even has a slight cooling effect. I have dry skin but prefer lighter toners, and this one is perfect - it's a water-based toner that really delivers on hydration. Nothing particularly bad to mention. This product is gentle on the skin and doesn't cause any irritation. Even with just one application, there's no feeling of tightness at all. It's perfect! For the hot summer, this one product is all you need! The price is too high, and it seems they don't offer sales very often. The best thing about this product is that it doesn't have any major standout features - and that's actually a good thing! I use it in the morning with my exfoliating toner, and I love how versatile it is. Surprisingly, it seems to be quite effective at removing dead skin cells too! The scent is so subtle it's practically unscented, and the texture is as fluid as water. Oh, and the packaging is absolutely gorgeous! The price...? To be honest, there's not really anything disappointing about it. It might be worth waiting for a sale to get the best value.
