The only positive thing I can say is that it doesn't have a smell. Apart from that, there are absolutely no redeeming qualities. Even the low price would only be an advantage if it actually worked for coloring hair. But since it doesn't, I wouldn't want to spend even a penny on it. Disappointing aspects? More like deal-breakers. This product completely fails as a hair dye. I bought it specifically for gray coverage, but it doesn't adhere to the hair at all. No matter how much I apply - even if I glob it on - it simply won't color the gray hairs. Don't waste your money. Because the dye doesn't coat the hair properly, you end up applying more and more, which makes the process take forever, and still with no results. There's zero lasting power either. The amount is meant for touching up roots, which normally wouldn't be much, and should last for about three applications. But since it doesn't stick to the hair, you end up using the entire packet in one go just trying to get it to work. I'm tossing this and buying something else. Oh, and it irritates the scalp too - causes itching and discomfort. - ok*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 20, 2024
First off, I like that it doesn't have a chemical smell. Plus, it was on sale, so you get a lot for your money. I'll need to use it a few more times to be sure, though. Usually, I don't get itchy with regular hair dyes, but this one causes some irritation. The color also washes out quickly, staining towels. - ps******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2023
Unlike regular hair dyes that smell as soon as you mix them, this one keeps giving off a pleasant mugwort scent even during the 30-minute processing time. I was worried it might be runny after mixing with water, but it's actually thicker, so it doesn't drip. You could even reuse the plastic cape! While those with long hair might need the whole packet, it seems one would be enough for men. It's also gentle enough to use one packet at a time for covering grays! You have to mix in 50ml of water yourself, which is a bit of a hassle. But since it's gentle and the color turns out well, that extra step is worth it.
