I shampoo my hair, lightly squeeze out the water, then generously apply the treatment to the middle and ends of my hair. I wrap it in a towel or wear a shower cap and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. When I rinse it out, my hair definitely feels softer and more manageable, so I recommend this method!

My hair length is medium and a bit frizzy due to damage from friction, so I want my hair to be healthier, so I've been using two bottles for over half a year, pumping it twice each time. When I didn't do anything, my hair would immediately puff up, but the hair pack seems to have helped a little, as it doesn't puff up as much. After thoroughly drying my hair and carefully applying the hair essence, when I wake up, my hair becomes a little calmer, softer, and has a nice fragrance.

This is a holy grail product for me, and I highly recommend it! Stocking up during sales is a great idea.

Towards the end of use, it was a bit inconvenient as it didn't come out well, so I had to open the lid and write.
While the cost-effectiveness is good, I don't feel like my hair texture became exceptionally smooth.

The thing I liked the most was the price and volume, I think. The low price and large volume meant I could use a lot each time, and that's what I liked the most.
