First of all, I am grateful to have been selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and able to use this great product. I have dry skin. The product is a gel type, so you can refer to the photo. I was very satisfied with this product because of the ingredients, moisturizing properties, and the fact that it is vegan!!! The ingredients were mildly acidic, and I felt that my skin's impurities were thoroughly cleansed while retaining moisture. The hyaluronic acid and ectoin ingredients are said to strengthen the skin's moisture barrier, and sure enough, I could feel my skin staying moisturized and supple after cleansing with this product!! They claim to have excluded all harmful and allergenic ingredients, and it is rated EWG 'All Green', so even my sensitive-skinned husband was able to use it without any issues!! When we used it together, the product was used up quickly haha I'm also very satisfied with the plant-derived surfactants, and there was no eye irritation at all! As an all-in-one cleanser, it's so versatile!! And regarding the fragrance, I really liked it because I dislike artificial fragrances. It's my style!!! While there are some Hwahae Trial Review products that I ended up not using, this is one that I will keep reaching for, and I plan to purchase it again once I've used it up!!! In the future, if I have a child, I think I'll be able to use this product for them as well, so I'm very satisfied!!! Please continue to thrive and keep selling this product!!!

I am writing this review as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. The fact that it is mild is really an advantage. I've always wondered why they put fragrances in, so I'm finally trying a fragrance-free product! I mainly used it for morning cleansing and on my body. Since it's fragrance-free... the scent does require some getting used to. It has a strong chemical-like smell. It's mildly acidic, so there's no tightness, but as a sensitive skin user, there's a slightly 'not fully cleansed' feeling. The reason I took off one star is that... even though I only used it for morning cleansing, I still got some clogged pores. As someone prone to internal acne, I always avoid ingredients like stearic acid, but this product doesn't have those and I still got some unpleasant acne. The cleansing power seems a bit weak, so maybe it's not removing the oil well enough? They sent me this valuable product, but it doesn't seem to suit me.
Cons
For this volume at this price, I think there are probably many other alternatives to consider.

Personally, I prefer products with transparent packaging (so you can see the contents!) and this product was also transparent, with a pump that pressed well and dispensed the right amount. I usually make my own apple wash, but this product doesn't make my skin feel tight, and it seems to be a perfect fit for me. This is a gentle cleanser that comes from Hwahae as a vegan cleansing product with no irritating ingredients whatsoever. When I first received it, the packaging was quite luxurious. I couldn't take a picture of it, unfortunately. The best part was that there was absolutely no eye irritation. Among the many products that claim to be low-irritation, this is the first time I've experienced no eye irritation at all, which was quite surprising. The mild acidic gel cleanser is smooth and doesn't lather much, but it lathers well and leaves no sticky or dry feeling after use, just a refreshing sensation. It's an all-in-one product that can be used from head to toe, and the cleansing power is good, so I feel it's a great value. The almost scentless formula is also nice.

However, for using it on my hair, I think I'll use it less. I normally only use a conditioner about once a week, and my hair feels fine and I have no issues just using shampoo, but when I used this product on my hair, the cleansing power seemed good, but I think using a conditioner would be better.
