When choosing a cleansing product, the most important thing for me is a product that is non-irritating and non-drying. This product is slightly acidic and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. Since I use a makeup remover and cleansing balm before using this product, cleansing power is not a major concern for me, so I prioritize a non-irritating product. However, on days when I don't wear eye makeup, I double-cleanse using only this product, and the cleansing power has not been an issue.

2. Vegan and fragrance-free
I'm glad this is a vegan product and fragrance-free. While the lack of fragrance may be a downside for some, I personally prefer fragrance-free products over artificial fragrances.

3. Volume and packaging
While the price may not be the most affordable, the 250ml volume provides good value. The packaging has a clean design without any cheap-looking elements, and the pump dispenser is convenient to use.

There's nothing really bad about it. If I had to nitpick, it does have a scent, but it's a mild, fragrance-free one, so I guess it's still gentle.

I've never had any serious breakouts since using this product!! My skin never felt dry after washing, and even though I don't usually wear heavy makeup, the Kissme mascara comes off so cleanly with just two rounds of cleansing, and my eyes don't hurt at all - it's amazing!?😜😋

Since it can be used from head to toe, you only need to pack this cleanser when traveling, which is very convenient.
You don't have to worry about skin troubles like when using shampoo, foam cleansers, body washes, etc. incorrectly, as this product is a gentle formula.
After using it, your skin doesn't feel tight or dry, but stays moisturized.
Personally, I really dislike that tight feeling after cleansing, but this product doesn't do that. It has good cleansing power and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated after.

Please provide a larger size. No other complaints. I want to stock up when it's on sale.
+It's not the type that lathers up easily.
-I liked using it so much, but then I saw blackheads and got shocked... It has no effect on blackheads at all. (This isn't really a downside of the cleansing gel, but I'm mentioning it just in case.)
++When I apply sunscreen more than the recommended amount, it doesn't remove it all in one go. Moderation is key!
+++When I use it to remove the stinging sunscreen, it gets in my eyes and stings terribly. It's obvious, but I use it anyway.

-Not completely watery, with a slight viscosity. Less of the typical gel-like thin feeling.
-Close to odorless. (If you sniff closely, you can detect a faint gel scent.)
-Packaged in a paper wrapper.
-Very gentle. Doesn't sting the eyes at all.
-As a cleanser, it leaves the skin moisturized but doesn't leave any residue on the hands and face.
-Removes light makeup (waterproof x sunscreen + pencil eyebrow)
