If you're looking for a subtle eyeliner, this is it. The staying power is incredible and it looks so natural, it's unbelievable! I can't think of anything negative to say. It's just so, so, so, so good! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 25, 2025
The color payoff is a rich, deep brown that looks absolutely stunning on warm skin tones. It doesn't smudge easily and has pretty good staying power, making it a solid, versatile choice! The only slight downside is that it can come off easily when in contact with water or sweat. Here's a pro tip: Before applying eyeliner, pat on some powder, then apply the liner, and follow up with another light dusting of powder. This trick completely prevents smudging and doubles the wear time! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 31, 2025
When I first started using this for eyeliner, I used about 70% of it. The staying power is truly impressive, and the color is a really deep brown that's perfect for eyeliner. I'm absolutely loving it! While it's unavoidable to feel like the amount is a bit on the smaller side, I think it could work well for any skin type. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 28, 2024
This product is designed for eyeliner and shading, but I use it to draw my eyebrow tails. The semi-transparent color payoff and longevity are great. In terms of product quality, it deserves five stars, but the defect rate... The defect rate is way too high. I love the product quality, so I keep a couple in stock. However, three times now, I've opened a new one after finishing the previous, only to find the brush dried out with no product coming out. It's frustrating. I've seen many similar complaints in the Q&A section of the Ol*ve Young website where I purchased it. Sadly, the exchange/refund period had passed. I wish I could bring this issue to the manufacturer's attention. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 8, 2023
I've been searching high and low for a super natural-looking eyeliner that isn't too intense for my eye shape. Then I stumbled upon this one, and it's absolutely fantastic! The price is wallet-friendly too. It leaves a slight tint, giving the impression of a delicate, carefully applied makeup look, and the staying power is impressive. Touch-ups are a breeze as well. The formula is buildable. If you let it dry a bit and then gently apply more, you can achieve a slightly more intense look. The case seems like it might crack if you drop it once. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 14, 2022
Great staying power and perfect for creating a double eyelid shadow effect. The color is quite intense since it's 70% pigmented. The application is really difficult. When trying to apply it to the aegyo sal or double eyelid line for shading, it keeps getting clogged. I have to repeatedly clean the brush with wet wipes. Even though it's meant to be applied over foundation, it's so frustrating that it keeps doing this. It's getting to the point where using eyeshadow for contouring seems more convenient. I'm currently using the 30% shade and I use foundation in shades 22-23. I use this to draw my aegyo-sal (under-eye fat) and triangle zone lines. When creating the aegyo-sal, I personally prefer to lightly swipe it on once or twice and then gently smudge it with my finger, rather than just drawing a single line. I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I was worried since I'm not particularly fair-skinned, but I'm using it well for a natural look. The staying power is pretty good too. Since it's a brush-type applicator, if you accidentally close the cap incorrectly, a few bristles can stick out. Because of these stray bristles, sometimes it draws strangely - like a thick line with an extra thin line underneath... Personally, I find it looks more natural if you draw it on with a light smudging motion and then immediately blend it out. Just a quick swipe while avoiding your base makeup.
