* 13th • Pigmented Eye * 1. The product's composition is really, really well-structured!! The 9-pan palette has a variety of base, shadow, liner, highlight, and contouring colors, so cool-toned individuals can use this palette alone and find it very useful. 2. The color tones are not too light or muted, and the colors seem to be selected to suit cool-toned individuals from cool-leaning to cool-dominant. You can create different looks day-to-day, and I find myself using this palette almost every day even when mixing with other palettes. 3. The design is so pretty, isn't it? It's modern yet simple, clearly a cool-toned palette, which is totally my style. 4. The pigmentation is great! The formula applies smoothly and densely on the skin. The powder particles also seem finely milled. 5. All 9 pans are non-shimmer, so this palette is perfect for those like me who prefer a soft, fluffy eye makeup look.
