This Hwahae cleansing milk is gentle and can remove even heavy eye makeup. The formula is runny, making it easy to spread, but it doesn't flow like oil, which is nice. It rinses off well with just water during the first cleansing, without any stinging in the eyes, and produces a good lather during the second cleansing with a foam. (For products with a lot of residue, you usually have to wash your hands with soap before the second cleansing, but this one eliminates that hassle.) I have combination skin, and if I don't cleanse properly after makeup, I usually get uneven texture, but I haven't noticed that issue with this product yet (after about a month of use). The fragrance... the fragrance is quite artificial... Sensitive people may feel aversion to it.
