When applied, it makes your skin feel soft and smooth without any dryness. It's great to use when you're dealing with blemishes or atopic dermatitis.
ConsThe case is too red for my liking. I understand it's probably the brand's signature color, but it feels a bit overwhelming.
TipThis powder seems to be a good option for those with sensitive or troubled skin. The large container is a plus for value. However, the packaging design might not appeal to everyone due to its bold color choice.

However, this product only absorbs excess oil while maintaining inner hydration. It adheres well without causing dead skin cells or pilling, and even has a nice pore-blurring effect. I've been using it as the final step in my base routine, appreciating its gentleness. What I really love is that it only picks up stray hairs without drying out my skin. I highly recommend this product for the final base step to those with sensitive skin. Since switching to this powder, I haven't experienced any seborrheic dermatitis, cracking, or dryness due to powder use, even during seasonal changes or winter. I've used it daily without issues. There's absolutely no deep dryness!
ConsTo be honest, there's hardly anything to criticize. If I really had to nitpick... Since it's originally designed for baby bottoms, the size is quite large, which makes it a bit cumbersome for on-the-go use. Also, compared to powders specifically made for makeup, the particles are somewhat larger, and it doesn't offer any complexion-evening effects. (But that's not an issue for me since I'm using it outside its intended purpose anyway.)
TipFor those with sensitive skin, I recommend trying this product as the final step in your base makeup routine.

I expected some excess powder, like with typical powders, but it feels more like a makeup compact, making it easy to use without any mess. Being a soothing powder, it doesn't leave a dry feeling after application, but rather a slightly moisturized sensation. It's fragrance-free and gives a fresh, powdery feel. It's really great for use in areas where skin folds.
ConsThe size is a bit larger than a standard makeup compact, which might be a drawback in terms of portability.
TipWhen opening the lid to use it, it's best to place it on a flat surface or open it carefully to prevent the cushion or puff from falling out.

The case is pretty, and the large mirror makes it easy for self-application. Despite it being summer, my child's skin was so dry that the eyelids were red, and they were scratching the inside of their elbows and knees. We even had to visit a dermatologist for medication. But when I told them to apply this, they got so excited they started applying it right after showering, not even bothering to put clothes on first! It's gentle and doesn't leave a white cast, so it's great even when the child applies it generously. The soft, bouncy puff that comes with it is perfect for washing and reusing. I thought it might dry out the skin, but surprisingly it leaves it moisturized and soft. It's perfect for my elementary school daughter's keratosis. I'm satisfied and would recommend it. (I wish I could share a photo, but my daughter keeps applying it while completely naked!)
ConsSo far, there's nothing to complain about. My child is using it so well!
TipThe case is pretty, and when applied, it gives a slight whitening effect that makes my elementary school daughter feel like she's putting on makeup. Her eyelids were red due to keratosis, but she loves how it makes her skin look a shade lighter when applied.

Even with a quick application, it doesn't clump or cake, creating a soft, silky smooth layer. Despite being called 'soothing', it actually helps with hydration, possibly due to the powder layer. I've applied it not just on my face, but also on areas where joints bend. I usually just apply basic skincare and don't absorb products well due to my habit of quick application. This often leads to caking, so I rarely use powder. However, with this one, I can apply it without worrying about those issues. I've even taken out my neglected finishing powders and tried them on rotation - they're pretty much on par. The Atopam Soothing Powder is definitely less drying. I used to feel a stinging sensation a while after applying emulsion post-shower, but this powder reduced that feeling. It also seems to control sebum production. Even after moisturizing post-cleanse, my skin usually feels like it's losing moisture and getting greasy over time. With this, that feeling is delayed, which is why I'll likely keep using it. It has a slight blurring effect, making uneven skin tone less noticeable.
ConsThe size seems more suitable for quick application on a diaper-wearing baby, which felt a bit awkward for us. I wanted to apply it along with emulsion after water activities, but it felt a bit too large to carry around. However, kids love applying powder, so I let them apply it themselves. It's great that it doesn't cake and applies well even when they do it carelessly. The scent is slightly off-putting, but it dissipates quickly so it's okay.
TipI finished off with this after applying sunscreen on the kids' bodies. They liked it much better as it eliminated the stickiness. When they play with sunscreen on their elbows or behind their knees, it gets sticky and things stick to it, making them uncomfortable. This solves that problem instantly. I'm not sure if it affects the sunscreen's effectiveness, but it worked fine for us. When the package arrived, the box was soaked from rain and there was no bubble wrap. It seemed like it had been rolling around a lot, but it arrived unbroken. I've even dropped it a few times while carrying it out, and it didn't break! After experiencing chaos from spilling loose powder and using powders that break more easily than eggs, the sturdiness of this one is truly reassuring.

True to its 'Soothing Powder' name, it leaves the skin feeling soft without causing dryness.
Cons- I wish the puff was a bit fluffier. It gets damp quickly after a few applications, causing the powder to clump during application despite its good texture.
TipTo prevent clumping, try removing excess moisture or oil from the skin before applying the powder.

Regular creams can feel sticky and cause blemishes in summer, but this derma soothing powder is a game-changer! It leaves the skin feeling soft and comfortable. There's no excess powder flying around, and it adheres to the skin lightly without clumping, giving a fresh feel. Despite being a powder, it's not drying at all - it's actually quite hydrating. It seems to have a calming effect on the skin too. The compact is generously sized with a large puff, making it easy to apply on wider areas. It's talc-free and doesn't contain 10 common skin irritants, making it safe to use. The plant-based corn starch helps absorb excess moisture without interfering with the skin's natural breathing process.
ConsYou need to be careful not to break the powder compact. Also, since it's white, it can sometimes show up on the skin.
TipBecause the powder is white, it's best to blend it in by gently rubbing rather than just patting it on, to avoid leaving visible marks. Kids love the compact format - it's like a fun game for them. They're eager to apply it themselves and don't resist it at all.

My little one got caught in a heat rash storm after insisting on playing at the playground for two hours in scorching weather! Dealing with children's skin issues is a year-round headache. Their delicate skin means we can't use harsh ointments like adults do. As moms, we need to find that perfect balance between deep hydration and oil control. Heat rash occurs when sweat clogs the pores, leading to blemishes. While adults can usually clear it up quickly by keeping the area clean, kids often don't even realize they have it and keep scratching, making it worse and potentially causing inflamed rashes. I recently had the chance to try Atopalm Derma Soothing Powder, and I'm impressed! After bath time, I lightly dusted it on, waited a bit for it to calm the skin, then followed up with a soothing gel. The rash subsided quickly! I was skeptical at first, but now I apply it to my child's back, tummy, and neck area before daycare, and it really seems to prevent heat rash. It feels like using deodorant for kids! The powder is incredibly fine - you need to rub three times to get it on your hands. I found using the special puff applicator gives a more even application. But what really won me over were the ingredients. Remember when we were young and used Nuk powder? (Those who know Johnson's Baby Powder are probably over 30 now, haha!) There was a big fuss about talc being bad for respiratory health if inhaled. This powder is talc-free and uses corn starch instead. That's why I felt so comfortable dusting it generously on my child. The compact-sized container holds plenty, making it great value for money. I was planning to repurchase after finishing it, and then I saw it on a live shopping event at an amazing price! It seems this product isn't widely known yet, so I've been recommending it to other moms for their kids' heat rash. I'm thrilled to have found such a safe, generous-sized powder that works wonders!
ConsIt's a shame they don't sell the puff and refills separately. While the package includes a spare puff, I'd feel more confident using one directly from Atopalm rather than a generic alternative from a discount store. It's also disappointing to throw away the entire container once the powder is finished. It would be great if they offered refills in the same size for both the powder and sun pact.
TipAs with all powders, it's best to first cleanse the area with water to soothe the skin before lightly applying the powder. Applying it over an emulsion might cause pilling, so it's better to wait a bit after using the powder before applying Atopalm soothing gel - they work great together!

You can use it with peace of mind. Perhaps that's why it feels so gentle no matter how you apply it. Instead of leaving your skin overly dry, it provides just the right amount of silky smoothness, making it incredibly easy to use. It's comfortable not only on the body but also on the face. Powder is especially essential in summer, and with this one, you just need to gently sweep and pat it on with a puff for long-lasting freshness. The large, red compact case is not only beautifully designed but also convenient to carry around. They've really done a great job with this product.
ConsThere's really nothing to complain about. While powder products often had the drawback of being difficult to carry, this one has improved even that aspect. I think I'll keep using it.

At the hospital, they advised against frequent washing of the genital area for girls, as it can become moist. Even though we shower daily... After showering, using the Atopalm Derma Soothing Powder has been great. It keeps the skin soft and moisturized. We'll need to use it more consistently, but it seems to reduce the itching when applied. As it's a soothing powder, it appears to provide good hydration and absorbs well. It applies easily with the puff and is comfortable to use. Above all, it's a lovely product with gentle ingredients. The size isn't like a typical compact; it's wider and thinner, making it convenient to carry around - an added bonus. The extra puff included is a thoughtful addition for us moms.
ConsThere wasn't anything particularly disappointing. I was satisfied overall, so it seems to have been good.
TipIt's essential to thoroughly dry off after bathing before using this product.
