I've been eyeing those trendy purple-tinted cushions lately, but I was worried about looking ashy. So I started looking into purple makeup bases instead. Turns out, not many people use makeup bases these days, so most products I found were pretty old-school. As a lazy girl who wanted something easy to find with decent UV protection and staying power, I went for the I'm Meme one.

Other makeup bases were either too runny, greasy, or had low SPF... Not great!

For context, I have a yellow undertone and I'm a cool winter. When I got my personal color analysis done, they said cool winter, but honestly, I'm not sure - that's how yellow my skin is! 

But this product? It brightens up my face like magic, even with just one layer! And since it has sun protection, you can skip your sunscreen if you want.

These days, it's a bit chilly, so I layer a moisturizing sunscreen, then this I'm Meme base, and top it off with a semi-matte foundation.

I'm someone who touches up my makeup pretty often (like, embarrassingly often), but I have to say, the staying power of this is seriously impressive. Highly recommend!
