Pros

- Formulation + moisturizing feel: My face is oily but my body is extremely dry, so even when I apply lotion in the middle of winter, the itching is so severe that I end up scratching until I bleed. This year, I decided to try a body oil after comparing various products through Hwahae reviews. As this was my first time using an oil product, I thought moisturizing feel was important, but I didn't want it to be too sticky and get all over my clothes. I tested it at Olive Young beforehand and found it to be more refreshing than I expected, so I decided to purchase it. The lightweight oil formulation provides adequate moisturization, so I think I can use it not only in the winter but also in the summer. - The oil has a refreshing texture, and I noticed a difference in application depending on whether I apply it to skin with or without water. Applying it to slightly damp skin significantly improves the spreadability. Additionally, if I layer a lotion over the oil, the moisturizing effect is doubled, so I would recommend this method for extremely dry skin. - Fragrance: I purchased this product in the evening to use after showering, as the lavender scent is said to aid in restful sleep. The lavender note is not as overpowering as I had expected, which I appreciated. Thanks to this, I have been sleeping very well. The fragrance of all 5 products in this line is very subtle, and there is no strong preference or aversion to it. As someone who is particularly sensitive to scents and generally prefers unscented products, I find these products' fragrances to be minimal and short-lived. By the time I go out after applying the product, the scent is usually covered by my perfume, so they don't interfere with each other. - Packaging: The packaging, with its glass bottle, looks quite premium and would make a great gift. The brand itself gives a clean and eco-friendly impression, which I think is well-executed in their marketing.

Cons

🩷 Drawbacks - Longevity: Due to the light formulation, the longevity is not extremely long-lasting. Based on the winter season, when applying oil + body lotion, it seems to last around 10 hours (considering I have extremely dry skin). For those with normal skin, using the oil alone without lotion should be sufficient. - Quantity & Price: The quantity is a bit low compared to the price, so it's recommended to watch for sales at Olive Young.
