The shampoo solidifies quickly. I received a single-use sachet as a free sample, and even though it wasn't past its expiration date, it had already hardened. While it was still usable, it left me feeling a bit uneasy.

Of all the shampoos I've used, this one has the most incredible scent. It's on par with Sisley - absolutely divine! Personally, I'm in love with the fragrance. Plus, it lathers well and leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean. It's fantastic!

I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive and prone to redness. My skin doesn't react well to oils, heavy oil-based products, strong vitamins, or alcohol. While pores are a concern, as I age, my skin is producing less oil and naturally improving. My skin tends to break out when I use sunscreen, so I'm always on the hunt for a non-allergenic option. So far, the recently launched Hera blue tube sunscreen seems to work best for me!

I'm the type whose lips react badly to Chanel and YSL lip products - they make my lips peel. Even the Nuxe natural honey lip balm causes a reaction. Bepanthen lip balm is the only one that really works for me. It's my absolute must-have!

For hair care, I prefer products that leave my hair feeling clean and fresh rather than those with a moisturizing effect. I tend to choose hair essences over rinses or conditioners.

While there's nothing particularly disappointing about it, the price is a bit steep. It doesn't come with a pump, and surprisingly, you go through it quite quickly as the bottle is on the smaller side.

While it feels fine during washing, my hair becomes quite stiff when drying. Perhaps due to my oily scalp, my hair becomes greasy and itchy just a day after washing. Those with dry scalps might not experience this issue.

But when it continued into summer, I switched shampoos. Immediately, my scalp issues cleared up. I strongly discourage this for those with sensitive scalps... Now that I've checked Hwahae, I see it contains many ingredients that aren't good for sensitive skin.
