Pros
The best base cream for mixing and applying creams. I usually use creams with a high retinol content, and this one mixes well with them. In the winter, when using just a barrier cream alone feels too heavy, I like to mix this in. I'm on my third bottle now...as long as you let it absorb well, it leaves a supple, smooth skin texture that I really love...it's basically a moisturizing cream on its own.
Cons
Since it's just a moisturizing cream, you shouldn't expect any other effects from it..ㅠ It's also not the best cream for doing a cream pack. This is truly a very lightweight, spreadable cream. When using it alone, I recommend applying a thin layer before sunscreen as a protective, moisture-locking step for your skin.
Tip
Mixing this with a thick winter barrier cream, a retinol-only cream, and the Beyond Cicago Cream is the ultimate combo. Apply it after a niacinamide ampoule and your face will be radiant and glowing...if you have a watery essence, mixing it with a niacinamide and hyaluronic acid ampoule and applying that is great too. In the morning, after cleansing the oil off with a cleansing water, doing a water rinse, and patting your face dry, you'll be amazed at how your skin feels!

I was browsing Olive Young when I had skin irritation, and saw that this product contains centella, and it was on a 1+1 deal, so I bought it! When I had skin irritation, anything I applied would sting, but this didn't sting at all and was so great!! It's that gentle and really calms the skin. 🤍 It's in a tube form and a little comes out at a time, so it's easy to control the amount. 🤍 The lightweight, smooth texture applies well and absorbs nicely. 🤍 I liked that it's fragrance-free! Before the reformulation, it was a white opaque cream and had better moisturizing properties, but after the reformulation, it has become a semi-transparent formula and feels lighter. Personally, I dislike it. Since the reformulated product is completely different from the previous one, I recommend testing it before purchasing.
