In the peak of summer when humidity is high and you're sweating a lot, it can pill up like dead skin. Also, as I have atopic dermatitis and sensitive skin, while it's not always the case, when my skin condition isn't great, the areas around my eczema became itchy. Additionally, when I wore it to Pilates, there was a slight visible transfer on the equipment. However, I think these issues are somewhat to be expected.
