As someone with combination dehydrated skin that's also sensitive, I'm always picky about ingredients. Even though it contains shea butter, I applied it very lightly and it was fine. When I woke up, I could feel a bit of richness, but it wasn't excessive. After using it consistently for about a week, I felt like it helped reduce some redness! The pump made it easy to control the amount, and the packaging is clean and pretty.
ConsWhen I accidentally applied too much, probably due to the shea butter, I immediately got small blemishes like millet seeds.
TipIf you're sensitive to shea butter, apply just enough to create a thin moisture barrier. I only used it as a night cream before bed, not in the morning!

I can't even apply sunscreen except in winter due to severe blemishes. Seeing shea butter in the ingredients list made me hesitant, but I applied it thinly as the final step of my morning skincare routine before work (3 pumps). I only used it both morning and night on the last day. Despite containing shea butter, it feels incredibly lightweight and leaves my skin feeling fresh! While there's a slight layered feeling right after application, it's not heavy at all - similar to a regular emulsion. After a short while, you can't even feel it on your skin, and it leaves a soft, powdery finish (without feeling dry, even with thin application). Wow! Was I mistaken about niacinamide? I only knew about its brightening effects... 😎 A few months ago, after recovering from COVID, my usually clear skin was suddenly covered in pustular acne and tiny bumps all over my face. Nothing seemed to help. Then I won this emulsion and started using it - now my skin has improved so much! Especially the tiny bumps and inflamed acne on my cheeks that were really bad... It's so effective! 👍 I regret not taking before photos since I had no expectations. My cheeks were about 4 times worse than they are now. I'm so happy with how much my skin has improved!
ConsIf you have oily skin, please apply this very thinly. If you use your usual amount, you might experience blemishes... For the first two days, I didn't know it contained shea butter and used my regular amount. As a result, one or two of my existing small bumps became inflamed and developed pus.
TipThose with dry skin can use it freely, but those with oily skin must control the amount! Make sure to apply it thinly!

I think it could work well as a final step even in summer.
ConsI have sensitive skin, and it seems this irritated me. My cheeks turned a bit red, so I took a break for a few days before trying again, but it still didn't suit me well.
TipIf you have super sensitive skin, I'd recommend patch testing first. I thought it wouldn't cause irritation, but that wasn't the case for me.

Immediately after applying, I felt the dead skin cells on my dry patches stabilizing. I even applied it generously on my neck wrinkles, hoping it might brighten them up. For an emulsion, it's not oily at all, but absorbs well into the skin, leaving it hydrated. The absorption is truly excellent for an emulsion.
ConsWhile I didn't experience any irritation after use, for some reason I developed a lot of small bumps, especially on my forehead and chin. I had to visit a dermatologist for treatment. Since these bumps appeared after using the product, I've stopped using it for now. If my skin improves, I might try it again.
TipIt's nice that it doesn't have an oily texture despite being an emulsion. Not sure if I'd recommend it though. No particular tips to share.
