My skin barrier is weak, leading to redness! 1. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package - it was beautifully wrapped! There was even a short note, which touched my heart. 2. Pump bottle! It's easy to control the amount and hygienic to use. The pump isn't stiff, and the glass container gives it a luxurious look. 3. It's hydrating! Despite containing shea butter, it doesn't feel greasy or heavy. One pump was enough! Above all, I loved that it wasn't sticky. (My mom, who has dry skin, said it's hydrating but on the lighter side.) 4. Fragrance-free! I dislike artificial scents, so I was glad they didn't use any fragrances! They mentioned it's the natural scent of the ingredients, but I could barely smell anything. Those sensitive to fragrances should be able to use this without worry. 5. It's not irritating! I have a habit of washing my face too vigorously, leaving it red after cleansing. But even after using this emulsion, there was no stinging or irritation, which is great. With centella extract and panthenol, it should be good for soothing the skin too.
ConsSince I've only used it for a week, it was hard to see any wrinkle improvement effects! I'll need to use it consistently to see results. When I layered it twice, I noticed some white blemishes appearing, which I suspect might be due to the shea butter! Those with combination dehydrated or oily skin might need to manage their sebum and adjust the amount they use.

As someone with combination dehydrated skin that's also sensitive, I'm always picky about ingredients. Even though it contains shea butter, I applied it very lightly and it was fine. When I woke up, I could feel a bit of richness, but it wasn't excessive. After using it consistently for about a week, I felt like it helped reduce some redness! The pump made it easy to control the amount, and the packaging is clean and pretty.
ConsWhen I accidentally applied too much, probably due to the shea butter, I immediately got small blemishes like millet seeds.
TipIf you're sensitive to shea butter, apply just enough to create a thin moisture barrier. I only used it as a night cream before bed, not in the morning!

I can't even apply sunscreen except in winter due to severe blemishes. Seeing shea butter in the ingredients list made me hesitant, but I applied it thinly as the final step of my morning skincare routine before work (3 pumps). I only used it both morning and night on the last day. Despite containing shea butter, it feels incredibly lightweight and leaves my skin feeling fresh! While there's a slight layered feeling right after application, it's not heavy at all - similar to a regular emulsion. After a short while, you can't even feel it on your skin, and it leaves a soft, powdery finish (without feeling dry, even with thin application). Wow! Was I mistaken about niacinamide? I only knew about its brightening effects... 😎 A few months ago, after recovering from COVID, my usually clear skin was suddenly covered in pustular acne and tiny bumps all over my face. Nothing seemed to help. Then I won this emulsion and started using it - now my skin has improved so much! Especially the tiny bumps and inflamed acne on my cheeks that were really bad... It's so effective! 👍 I regret not taking before photos since I had no expectations. My cheeks were about 4 times worse than they are now. I'm so happy with how much my skin has improved!
ConsIf you have oily skin, please apply this very thinly. If you use your usual amount, you might experience blemishes... For the first two days, I didn't know it contained shea butter and used my regular amount. As a result, one or two of my existing small bumps became inflamed and developed pus.
TipThose with dry skin can use it freely, but those with oily skin must control the amount! Make sure to apply it thinly!

I liked that it's barely noticeable. I prefer fragrance-free cosmetics as scented ones can cause various issues. ❤Texture and absorption - It has a white, translucent, and fluid consistency that absorbs quickly and smoothly, which I appreciate. ❤Design - The pump bottle is convenient to use. It would be great if the packaging were eco-friendly. ❤Ingredients - There are hardly any concerning ingredients among the 20 to watch out for, and it's a gentle product that I'm using lightly. While it's practically free of harmful ingredients, those who plan to use it should still check for any components that might not suit their skin. After all, everyone's skin type is different.
ConsHowever, I noticed some blemishes appearing during the first few uses. Maybe it's due to the shea butter. My facial skin is combination with deep dryness, and I have enlarged pores around my nose. When I apply this, it feels like it might be clogging my pores somewhat. I'll need to use it more to be sure.
TipThis isn't really a tip, but... It might be a bit light for winter use, though it seems suitable for warmer weather like now. Those with dry skin will likely need to layer a light cream on top.

Applies well. Ingredients and effects: Contains many beneficial ingredients, so I had high expectations. 1. High concentration of niacinamide for pore reduction, brightening, elasticity, and skin barrier improvement. 2. Adenosine, EGF (you know how popular it is these days), betaine, and squalane for skin regeneration, hydration, and smoothing. 3. Centella asiatica extract to soothe sensitive, damaged skin. Results: After about 5 days, I'm starting to see some effects (check the unedited progress photos taken with iPhone 11 front camera). As you may know, retinol and niacinamide are a golden combo for acne-prone and aging skin. I've been using Inni***'s retinol product and another niacinamide product, so I can compare. This product, with its EGF content, completely balanced my combination dehydrated skin and almost eliminated flaking. It seems to have brightened my complexion and improved elasticity (before, my skin looked dry, dull, and lifeless). I've always been concerned about long-lasting acne marks due to my fair skin, but they seem to have faded a bit with this product (or is it just my imagination...?). It didn't irritate my skin when applied, prevented new blemishes, and soothed existing ones (I'm so grateful it didn't aggravate my redness-prone skin). Many people say they haven't seen wrinkle improvement yet, but I have... It filled in my temple and mouth area wrinkles, made my skin look firmer, and I feel like my pores look smaller (though we know they don't actually shrink). The hydration level is perfect for me - applying this twice was enough without needing a cream. Anyway, I really love this product! Is it because it's a bit pricey..? (Still, I'll buy it with my own money when I run out)
ConsCons: - The pump keeps falling off! It was really frustrating when I couldn't dispense the product... Please change the pump. - Absorption: There's a bit of stickiness, and it seems to take some time to fully absorb. Not recommended for those short on skincare time. (Applying other products before it's fully absorbed can reduce effectiveness and cause blemishes) - Beware of excess oil: If you apply it at night with a cream, or use too much, your skin might be oily in the morning. Just adjust the amount accordingly. I'm deducting one star because of the pump issue.
TipRecommended for use with retinol for those in their late 20s and early 30s.

The texture is somewhere between a cream and an emulsion, and it absorbs smoothly. Although I was hoping for a nice scent, it's unfortunately fragrance-free. Since it contains 10% niacinamide, I wanted to test its brightening effects. I temporarily stopped using other brightening products and applied this every morning and evening in the order of toner, essence, and emulsion. By lunchtime after the morning application, my face feels a bit dry. When I apply it at night, it seems to absorb completely while I sleep, as my face feels slightly dry when I touch it in the morning. Overall, my complexion seems clearer. Perhaps because of this, my dark spots are more noticeable now (sigh). However, it seems like my forehead lines, nasolabial folds, and under-eye wrinkles have become less noticeable.
ConsI wanted to use the product for a longer period before leaving a review, but due to the limited trial period, I'm writing this after only ten days of use, which is a bit disappointing. When applying, it feels oily and doesn't absorb quickly. Since it claimed to have anti-wrinkle effects, I applied a lot to my nasolabial folds, but it resulted in acne. Because I stopped using other skincare products for this test, I experienced deep dryness.
TipAfter cleansing, it might be best to use a sheet mask first, then apply a solid base of skincare, and layer the emulsion little by little frequently. This approach might prevent acne and avoid deep dryness.

Immediately after applying, I felt the dead skin cells on my dry patches stabilizing. I even applied it generously on my neck wrinkles, hoping it might brighten them up. For an emulsion, it's not oily at all, but absorbs well into the skin, leaving it hydrated. The absorption is truly excellent for an emulsion.
ConsWhile I didn't experience any irritation after use, for some reason I developed a lot of small bumps, especially on my forehead and chin. I had to visit a dermatologist for treatment. Since these bumps appeared after using the product, I've stopped using it for now. If my skin improves, I might try it again.
TipIt's nice that it doesn't have an oily texture despite being an emulsion. Not sure if I'd recommend it though. No particular tips to share.

Cons• No visible anti-wrinkle effects yet (still using it) • The hydration and moisture levels are disappointing for combination dehydrated skin • It requires multiple layers to absorb well and achieve a moisturized, soft finish, which can be tedious. If you apply a single layer, it feels like a greasy cream sitting on your face • After use, I started developing small red blemishes (not recommended for very oily skin)
TipMake sure to layer it multiple times for best results
