Pros
The fragrance is simply wonderful. It's not too heavy, with a subtle woody note, and the black tea and fig scents come through nicely as the name suggests. I tend to focus more on the fragrance than the functionality, but the oil itself also performs quite well.
Cons
While I don't have any major complaints, if I had to bring something up, it would be that the sandalwood fragrance has slightly less longevity and diffusion compared to others.

Personally, I've never been satisfied with hair oils, but this product is really satisfying❤️ 👍 It doesn't get sticky and isn't overly heavy 👍 It seems to have the right amount of oil and moisture for damaged hair 👍 The fig fragrance is legendary... It's truly fragrant itself.. It's not too heavy or sweet!!! Floral+woody+fig fragrance

Pros
The fragrance is really, really nice. The woody and floral scent makes it not neutral but attractive. It's not too cold, but has a slightly warm, urban woman vibe. Pumping it two or three times and applying it to your hair makes the fragrance nice and your hair a little more tidy. Even though it's an oil-based formula, it doesn't leave a greasy feeling on your hands after application. I really, really like it. Other products can leave a sticky residue that's hard to wash off with water or soap, but this one is clean! I really like it.
Cons
The longevity is short. The fragrance lasts around 3 hours, and after that you have to put your nose right up to your hair to smell it. After about 5 hours, you can barely smell it, and by 6 hours it's completely gone. Since this is a fragrance product, the short duration is disappointing. However, the scent doesn't aggressively assault your nose...which is a bit of a letdown. The hair conditioning ability is lacking. It doesn't give that 'glossy, shiny!' effect. I wonder if using more would help, but I haven't tried that much since I'm worried it might make my hair greasy. It just gives a light, softening effect. Of course, if you don't normally use any hair care, you'll see some improvement. But if you want serious hair conditioning, I'd recommend a different product.

Pros
I've been using it really well. My hair doesn't get matted down and the flyaways are well-groomed, and my hair texture has become softer. The scent is also one that I like! The other product that came as a sample seemed to be sandalwood-scented, and that scent was also very appealing!
Cons
One slightly disappointing aspect is that the fragrance doesn't last very long. And the scent is divisive, as my mom didn't like it. I'd recommend smelling it before using it.
